The ‘Woof Fest’ contest (“Contest”) and the benefits / prizes hereunder are brought to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL” / “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You should have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age of eighteen (18) years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

How to Participate:
1. Click a selfie with your dog. Use the hashtag #dogfie to participate in the contest.
2.Follow Amazon India on Twitter(@amazonIn) and Facebook ( Amazon India)
3.To participate, you have to share your original pictures with your dog on our social channels(Facebook, Twitter)
4.To participate on Facebook, you have to reply to the contest post in the comments section with your picture, #dogfie and a description of your picture. Don’t forget to tag @amazon India) when you reply.
5.To participate on Twitter, you can submit your picture- upload a picture on your twitter account with the contest hashtag and a short description. Don’t forget to tag @amazonIn
6.Contest is open from 00:01am 26th August 2016 and closes on 11:59:59pm of 26th August 2016.
7.Winners will be announced on or before 6th September 2016 on Facebook & Twitter, and Amazon site and shall be contacted via direct message for contact details for prizes to be distributed.

Details Of The Contest :

** This Contest will be available only on August 26, 2016. This Contest will commence from 00:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) on August 26, 2016 (“Contest Period”).

** Subject to the T&Cs, the selected participants who answer the Contest question correctly and within the time period communicated by Amazon, will be eligible to receive an Amazon.in Gift Card of a value of Indian Rupees One Thousand (INR 1,000) (“Prize”) from Amazon for use on www.amazon.in.

** Each participant shall be allowed to upload only one (1) Clicked Picture and uploading or attempt to upload more than one (1) Clicked Picture will lead to disqualification of such participant and result in the participant being ineligible for the Prize.
** The Participant shall not upload the same Clicked Picture or duplicate or near duplicate version thereof on both social mediums, i.e. Facebook and Twitter.

** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.
** You shall ensure that the Clicked Picture is not inappropriate, indecent, hateful, obscene, defamatory, tortious, slanderous or libelous.
** Specific conditions for participating in the Contest on social media: In addition to these T&Cs, you shall also be required to comply with the relevant policies, terms and standards of the respective platform, Facebook or Twitter, you choose to use.

A participant uploading the Clicked Picture on Amazon Facebook Page shall be required to ensure that:
(a) the Clicked Picture is uploaded only on Amazon Facebook Page, which is the official Amazon page (refer the link provided above),
(b) only one (1) Facebook account is used for participating in the Contest and in case a participant uses multiple accounts, all his entries in the Contest will be considered void, and
(c) a Clicked Picture is posted only once and any duplicate or near duplicate entries shall lead to disqualification of the entry(ies).

A participant uploading the Clicked Picture using Amazon Twitter Handle shall be required to ensure that:
(a) the Twitter handle ‘@amazonIN is mentioned with the Clicked Picture, while uploading the same,
(b) only one (1) Twitter account is used for participating in the Contest and in case a participant uses multiple accounts, all his entries for the Contest will be considered void,
(c) a Clicked Picture is posted only once and any duplicate or near duplicate entries shall lead to disqualification of the entry(ies).
