Tata Docomo Onaghosham Contest 2015:
Organiser & Eligibility:
Tata Docomo Onaghosham Contest is organised by Tata Docomo in asscociation with Ubiquantum. The contest is open to all Kerala residents with a valid address in Kerala, aged above 18 years.

Contest :
There are 2 Sub Categories; Best Pookulam and Best Groupfie. (A group clicking Selfie)

Duration :
This Contest will run from 19 Aug 2015 to 28 Aug 2015. The Organisers reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time without any prior intimation. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.

Submission of Entries & Qualifying Criteria:
1. Participants must first be registered to the contest through our Website www.onaghosham.com or through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or WhatsApp.

2. Participants may then submit a photograph of their Pookulam or groupfie which express the Onam Moment. The photo must be submitted with a caption ending with hashtag #Onaghosham

3. Participants should not submit multiple photo/entries. Only One Photo/ contestant will be entertained. And the photo must pertain to Onam celebrations and should not carry any obscene or objectionable images. Any such Photographs will be disqualified.

4. All approved/qualified entries submitted for this Contest, upon moderation by the Organiser, will be published into a Photo Album which can be Voted during the Contest Period. Organisers reserve complete rights to select/deselect photographs and will not give any explanation for doing so.

5. Winners will be selected based on the Maximum Votes, Likes, Shares by Public:
All entries submitted must fulfil the following requirements:
** The Selfie must Express the moments from Onam
** Participants agree to abide by the Contest Rules &Regulations.
** The participants is here by reminded not to irresponsibly or unnecessarily, intentionally or unintentionally hurt the sentiments on any one and shall take full responsibilityof any undesired incidents thereof. In any event, the Organiser reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entries viewed or observed to contain any such elements.
** In the event of duplicate entries from the same participant, the submitted entry which is most recent will be treated as a valid entry. In the event of duplicate submissions from different participants, thefirst submitted entry will be treated as a valid entry based on the time of receipt.
** In order to participate in this Contest, each entry submitted must complete all the steps in the Contest. Any incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified.
** Only the winners will be notified via Facebook message/Facebook wallpost. The Organiser will not be held responsible should there be any error, delay or defect in notification via the Facebook messages and/or Facebook wallpost to the participants of the winners.

Best Pookulam Contest:
First Prize : 10 Gms Gold (20 Gold Coins)
First Runner Up : 5 Gms Gold (10 Gold Coins)
Second Runner Up : 2.5 Gms Gold (5 Gold Coins)

Best Groupfie Contest:
First Prize : 10 Gms Gold (20 Gold Coins)
First Runner Up : 5 Gms Gold (10 Gold Coins)
Second Runner Up : 2.5 Gms Gold (5 Gold Coins)

Any gift tax applicable, will have to be borne by winner. Same will not be borne by the organiser or facilitated by the organisers.

Prizes Redemption:
1. The selected winners will be announced on our Website – www.onaghosham.com. Winners will also receive either a private message or a tag on the wall post posted on our Facebook Page. Selected winners are required to respond to the Organiser based on the instruction provided within three [3] days from date of notification, failing which, the next best entry will be selected as the winner. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event the winner(s)cannot be contacted for whatever reasons after at least three [3] attempts by the Organiser or its agents to contact the winners. All prizes must be claimed within one [1] month from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receiptor delayed delivery of the postal notification to the winner[s].

2. The selected winners are required to complete the verification process by sending an email to info@onaghosham.comcontaining their Email Address, Mobile Number, Residential Address, and agree to the Contest Rules & Regulations, and providingconsent pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Notice.

3. Participants are only entitled to win one prize throughout the entire Contest period.

4. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. The values of the prizes are correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.

5. All winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.
