** Participation in this Promotion namely, IDEA Recharge offer is purely voluntary and optional. This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Offer. By participating in this Offer, each participant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

** This Offer is being conducted by Idea Cellular in association with One97 Communications Ltd.’s on One97’s platform, for different VAS Products.
** This Offer is valid from 8th Sept’16 to 31st Oct 2016 and is available to Idea Delhi Circle subscribers.
** Participants need to subscribe to any VAS service (Dialer Tones, Missed Call Information – Plus, Pretones, Sports Pack, Bhakti etc) from OBD Mode to avail this offer.
** Skill based questions will be pushed to the eligible participants and on the basis of faster and correct answers given, the participant(s) will be declared as Winner(s) of this offer. In case of a tie between the two or more participants i.e. if two or more participants have scored the same points, then those participants shall be asked some skill or knowledge based questions as the tie breaker. The Participant who scores maximum score while answering such skill or knowledge based questions shall be declared as the highest scorer and shall be eligible for Gratification(s). It is also specifically agreed by the Participants that the decision of One97 Communications Ltd and/or Idea Cellular with regards to the Gratification including the process for selection of the highest scorer shall be final and binding upon them and the Participants agree not to dispute, or seek any clarification for the same from either One97 Communications Ltd or Idea Cellular or both.
** Questions and their answers, designed/sourced by One97 Communications Ltd are as per their best knowledge and information available and have been collected and framed with reasonable prudence. In case there is any discrepancy / dispute regarding the questions or answers, neither Organisers nor any third party involved shall have any liability towards any Participants.
** Rs.100 Recharge will be given as Gratification to only 1 participant on daily basis during this contest duration
** Winners will be declared after 31st Oct’16.
** Neither IDEA nor One97 will be liable for any delay in actual redemption under this Offer reflecting in the customers’ account.
** One97 and IDEA will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
** At any time One97 and/or IDEA reserves the right to update and/or amend all or any of these terms without further notice.
** IDEA and/or One97 reserve the right to cancel, change or substitute Offer at any time without any prior notice.
** IDEA and/or One97 shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Promotion or due to participation by any person in the Offer.

** The terms and condition of this Offer shall be governed by Indian Laws. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts (“Disputes”) arising out of the Contest shall be referred for Arbitration to a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by IDEA and One97 whose decision shall be final and binding on all. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi. The Courts at Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Offer.
