DKP Competition Terms & Conditions:

** Competition open to all aged 18 or over, other than employees of Destaglobal and their relatives.

** One participant can upload only one photograph per category.
** Each image can only be entered once.Duplicates will be removed.
** The image must have been created in the past one year and be clicked by Participant.
** You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of all image entered.
** Source material must be made available on request by Destaglobal.
** Destaglobal does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced images.
** All images should strongly adhere to the Terms and conditions and belong to the given category.
** Computer-altered images will not be accepted.
** To enter, upload the image to our website at www.destatalk.com by the 5th October.
** Image should be submitted as jpgs.
** Each jpg should be a maximum of 300dpi and ideally less than 5MB in file size.
** All entries must be submitted via the online entry form.
** By entering your image, you grant Destaglobal the non-exclusive right to reproduce it for any purpose at any time in any media with attribution.
** The winners consent to the use of their image, name and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by Destaglobal, without further compensation.
** The winning image will be judged by voters.
** Destaglobal’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
** Destaglobal reserves the right to eliminate a previously accepted entry if found to be illegitimate or not adhering to the above mentioned policies even if it is the winning photograph with maximum votes
** Destaglobal reserves the right to withhold prizes if, in the opinion of the company, the quality of entries falls below the standard required.
** Taxes will be application to all prizes as per Government norm. Winners have to provide pan number.
** Destaglobal reserves the rights to demand for required documentation from the participants as and when required.

Voting Rules:
** Contest open to all, except employees of Destaglobal and their relatives.
** Voting will close on 23rd October 2016 midnight.
** After the closing date, one image will be named as the winner, based on the public voting.
** Destaglobal reserves all rights, to disqualify or discount any entrant, image or vote connected to votes cast by unfair means. Participants disqualified due to such activities will not be intimated by us.
** The winning image will be showcased on the Destatalk website.
** Prize is non-transferable.
** Winners will be declared on 25th October 2016 on Destatalk website.
