Chhota Bheem Contest:

ASIAN PAINTS LIMITED (APL) has launched “Stencils Of Chhota Bheem”, as per the mutually agreed terms & provisions including exclusive rights granted by the Licensor “Green Gold Licensing and Merchandising India Private Limited” under the Product Licensing Agreement dated 12th April 2016 .

Green Gold Licensing and Merchandising India Private Limited has agreed with APL that in order to promote the product Stencil, it has, inter-alia, substantial to organize any promotional activity, henceforth allowed APL to run a contest from 1st August 2016 to 31st Oct 2016

Contest Period:
The contest shall start at 11:00 hours on 1st August 2016 and close at 23:59 hours on 10th Oct 2016.

Selection of the Winning APL Consumers:
** The Contest features one question – “I AM CHHOTA BHEEMS BIGGEST FAN BECAUSE ………….”, which must be videographed by the Consumer, on his child/ children in front of the Chhota Bheem painted wall, in his/her house. The duration of the video shall not exceed 2 minutes.
** Once the consumer has videographed his/her child / children in front of the Chhota Bheem wall and the child has answered the question, the consumer must send the video to 70560 70560 via whatsapp.
** Consumers have read and accepted the guidelines for submitting the video and the contents of the form indicating they are a consumer, have not used any objectionable ingredients and that the video submitted by the consumer shall vest with APL in perpetuity and the consumer has no claims on it whatsoever.
** The consumer is responsible for obtaining all the relevant permissions and licenses, i.e., Copyright and non-copyright music used (if any), etc. and affirms that no privacy laws or rules were broken while producing the footage.
** The consumer agrees to broadcasting of the contribution and hereby grants to APL all consents to use his/her contribution on APL’s platforms, presently available or to be developed, without liability or acknowledgement to the consumer.
** The consumer agrees not to distribute in any medium or to any competitor of APL any part of the contribution or the Content, without its prior written consent.
** Once the consumer has submitted the video, APL shall be at liberty to add, modify or make changes to the video. APL reserves the right to reject the video, for any reason, at its sole discretion, without any intimation to the consumer.
** On the closing of the Contest Period, 50 winners will be selected from all the valid entries received. Each of the selected winners will receive a Chhota Bheem gift hamper at the address registered with APL helpline.
** A participant can win only one prize during the Contest Period.
** The results generated by the panel will be final and binding.

Prize:

** The prize(s) are non-transferable to a third party and are not exchangeable for cash or any other offer.
** The winners shall be contacted via phone/email at the phone number/email address mentioned at the time of submission of video via whatsapp. Winners shall be announced on 15th Oct’ 2016.
** APL shall also send a letter to each of the winners at the address mentioned in the invoice / bill at the time of purchase of the product asking for documents to be presented by the winner to claim the prize.
** Non-submission of all necessary documents shall lead to disqualification of the winner and an alternative winner shall be chosen thereafter.
** If APL is not able to contact the winner at the phone number or the email address mentioned in the invoice / bill, by midnight of the seventh day after APL’s first attempted notification declaring the winner, APL reserves the right to select an alternative winner and the original winner’s entitlement to the prize will lapse automatically, without any further reference to the winner.
** APL shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency in the prize or for damage caused to the prize during delivery or for delayed delivery. The consumer acknowledges that the prizes are provided on an “as is basis”.
** Two winners, one boy and one girl, stand to win an opportunity to appear on the channel POGO, telecasting Chhota Bheem animated series.
** The two winners shall be intimated of the place, date and time for shooting their episode by APL. On the appointed date, time and place the two winners shall be require to present for shooting.
** The duration of the shoot is dependent on POGO and APL shall not be responsible for any delays or changes made in the time of the shooting.
** A copy of the T&C must be signed and endorsed by the Participant who wins the Contest upon request by APL.
** The Participant represents and warrants that she/he does not have any criminal convictions or criminal record and has not undertaken any past act or conduct which could affect the reputation of the Contest or APL or Licensor.

General:
** Consumers can participate in the Contest during the Contest Period
** Consumers may send as many entries as they wish.
** Entries must be sent to 70560 70560 by WhatsApp.
** Entries for the Contest Period sent after the closure of the Contest will not be considered.
** The Company shall be responsible only for the Prize to be given to the winner of the contest. Taxes, if any that are applicable shall be borne by the Winner alone.
** Consumers agree to indemnify APL against any claims incurred by APL on account of failure on their part to discharge their tax liabilities with respect to the prize.
** Any participant who manipulates the Contest in any manner whatsoever shall be liable for disqualification at the sole discretion of APL. In such an event APL shall not be liable to consider even a Valid entry sent by the consumer thereafter.
