P.N. Gadgil’s think Pure Loyalty Program:

(I) Participants’ Eligibility:
(A) The Contest is open to the individuals who are part of PN Gadgil’s Think pure loyalty program powered by MaxGetMore mentioned below:

The Contest is open for the customers of PN Gadgil Jewellers who are 18 years and above at the physical outlets located in the Mumbai, Thane, Nagpur, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Akluj, Latur, Panvel, Panaji, Nanded, Chandrapur, Indore and Pune ONLY, For any query you can call at 1800-233-5005.

The Contest is not open to the present employees (permanent or contract) and directors, including each of their immediate family members(father, mother, spouse and siblings), of (i)PN Gadgil jewellers, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively, “PN Gadgil Entities”); and (ii) advertising and promotion agencies, the distributors, suppliers of prizes, including each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and or entities connected with the promotion of the Contest (collectively, “Sponsors”). (iii) This contest is not applicable at pngadgil.com (PNG eStore)

PN Gadgil jewellers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants.

(II) How to Enter:
(a) The Contest shall commence on 15th August, 2015 at 10.00 a.m. and shall conclude on 14th September, 2015 at 11.59 p.m. (both days inclusive) (hereinafter referred to as the“Contest Period”).

(b) A prerequisite for entering the Contest is that the Participant must have purchased a jewellery item at the listed outlets of the PN Gadgil jewellers ( The listed outlets of PN Gadgil Jewellers arein Mumbai, Thane, Nagpur, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Akluj, Latur, Panvel, Panaji, Nanded, Chandrapur, Indore and Pune (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Jewellery stores”)) and shall fill the coupon (“the Coupon”).so provided with every purchase of jewellery itemof INR 50,000/- or more

(c) Jewelleryitem shall mean and include all items displayed in the stores. The price range of jewelleryshould be INR 50,000/- or more to be eligible to participate in the lucky draw.

(d) All participants will get 5 coupon on minimum purchase of INR 50,000 amount and on every additional purchase of INR 10,000/- members will be eligible to get an additional coupon as explained in the below table.

(e) Following are the Participating stores where lucky draw will be held and the coupons would be transferred to one of the regional outlet as mentioned in the below table.:
Lucky draw will be held at the end of the campaign at:
(i).Pune: Laxmi road gold shop
(ii)Mumbai: Vila Parle store
(iii) Nagpur, Ahmednagar & Aurangabad store

(f) To enter the Contest, the Participant(s)have to fill in the Coupon provided with every purchase of jewellery item from the store and follow the instructions mentioned on it. The Participant will have to fill in following details which is printed on the Coupon:
1.Name
2.Phone number
3.Email address
4.Invoice number

5.Date of birth /Anniversary date:
(g) All the information entered on the Coupon by the Participant will henceforth be collectively referred to as “Submission”.

(h) The details submitted must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by PN Gagdil jewellers.

(i) Entries received before the commencement or after the expiration of the Contest Period shall be void. Any incomplete and/or illegible entries will result in disqualification from entry into the Contest and the receipt of any prize.

(j) PN Gadgil jewellers shall not be responsible for any entries submitted but not received or recorded due to any reason whatsoever. Without limiting to the generality of the foregoing, PN Gadgil jewellers, Loylty Rewardz and the Sponsors shall not be responsible for errors of any nature whatsoever that results due to incomplete Submission by the participants.

(k) Only valid Submissions received during the Contest Period will be considered in the Contest.

(l) Submissions should be complete in all aspects i.e all the information asked from the Participant(s) on the Coupon must be filled in. If the information provided is not complete, then the Submission will not be considered valid and the participant would be disqualified.

(III) Selection Process and Prizes:
(a) PN Gadgil Jewellers shall declare the name of the winners by organizing the lucky draw for the contest on 18thSeptember, 2015 at their listed regional store and on the same day prize would be distributed to the winners. If the person who has won the prize is not present at the store then PNG should contact the winner within 48 hours of announcing the name of the winner i.e latest by 21st September, 2015. From the date of informing the winnerabout his/her winning the contest PNG Shall give the winner seven (07) calendar days’ time to come and collect the prize in any of the mentioned listed stores

(b) PNG should contact the winners to come and collect the prize within 48 hours of distribution of prizeto the requested store and should give winnersa time of seven (07)days tocome and collect prize from that store. This will be done once and the winner will not have another option of changing the store. The Winners as mentioned above will be intimated via the telephone number provided on the Coupon. PN Gadgil jewellers will attempt to contact the Winners twice on the number provided and if PN Gadgil is unable to successfully contact the Winners, new Winners will be selected by PN Gadgil jewellers by lucky draw on the parameters as provided above.

(c) After the regional prize distribution PN Gadgil jewellers should invite all the regional prize winners (herein after referred to as Participating Members(PNG shall not provide any accommodation or travelling expense to participating member)to Hadapsar branch in Pune for the bumper draw where bumper prize will be given on the same day to Three luck participating Members

(d) During the bumper draw all the Participating Members are required to be physically present in Hadapsar store at Pune.And if the participating member who is the declared as winnerfor any reason is unable to come for the bumper draw at Hadapsar store, Pune; then PNG will call the bumper prize winner within 48 hours of announcement of the participant name tocollect the bumper prize and if the winner is not able to come to Hadapsar store then he/she shall give a preference PNG store from where he can come and collect the prize. Once the prize is delivered to customer’s preferred store & city. PNG will call that customer again within 48 hours of the prize delivered and will be given time of seven (07) calendar daysto collect prize from that store. For collecting the prize the winner needs to show the invoice and the coupon allocated to him by PNG during his/her shopping.
