Baby Bump Contest Terms & Conditions :

** For participating in the contest, upload a photograph of your beautiful baby bump with creative tagline of a maximum of 10 words on our facebook page facebook.com/chaitanyahospital . The best 3 photographs will be the winners of the contest.

** The photograph has to be upload only till 21st . Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
** In the photograph, baby bump may be covered or uncovered and but the contestant should be easily recognizable. The photograph could also include husband or/and other family members.
** Entry to this contest is free & only one entry per person is allowed. In case, anyone uploads more than one photos, only the first one shall be considered for the contest.
** You must write your name & city, mobile no. / E-Mail i.d. to enter the contest so that we can contact the winners.
** The jury of Chaitanya Hospital will declare the winners on 23rd September 2016 at 5.00 PM on the page itself.
** The winners will be invited in the Hospital on 27th September 2016 at 4.30 PM & given exciting prizes. Not only that, we will also make the photographs sent by the winners as the cover pictures of our facebook page.
