1. The following terms & conditions, shall apply to all of the contests which will be conducted on the social network “Twitter” and Facebook.
2. The contest is open to all Indian citizens living in India.

To participate in the Contest through Twitter/Facebook, participant/s has to follow the following steps:(a) Like the Kotak Mahindra page on Facebook or Follow the official Kotak Mahindra Bank handle on Twitter(b) Reply to the contest post by uploading a video of your version of the helicopter shot or tweet by uploading a video of the famous helicopter shot.
5. The most creative entries will be chosen as winners. The Bank has the right to choose the entry it deems as creative and the contestant will be bound by the decision of the Bank.
6. The 10 most creative entries every day will win ‘M.S.Dhoni – The untold story’ merchandize.
7. The contest period is from 16th September, 2016 to 26th September, 2016
8. The bank is only involved in facilitation of issuance of merchandize and is not involved in any film related activities. The organisers reserve the right to approve / disapprove participation and the decision of the organisers shall be final and binding on the participants .
