Terms & Conditions:

1. “Audience Registration for Yaadon Ki Baraat” is conducted by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (“ZEEL”) for residents of India only, for promoting the launch of its new chat show “Yaaron Ki Baarat” (“Show”) which will be telecast from October 1, 2016 every Saturday and Sunday at 8.00 p.m. on ZEEL’s flagship channel “ZEE TV” (“Channel”).
2. Each person residing in India who is participating in the Contest shall hereinafter be referred to as “Participant”.

3. To be eligible to participate as an audience on the Show, Participant is required to log on to the website ykb.ozee.com (“Website”) and register for the Contest in the following manner (“collectively referred to as “Registration”):
a) Participant shall be required to provide such details including their Name, Gender, City, Date of Birth, Age, Current Profession, Mobile Number registered in the name of the Participant, E-Mail Address, Recent Photograph etc. as specified therein.
b) Participant shall be required to express in maximum of 100 characters, in the space provided on the Website, why in their opinion should ZEEL consider the Participant as the biggest fan of Bollywood (“Answer”)
c) To complete the Registration, the Participant shall be required to click on the “SUBMIT” button provided on the Website. If the Participant fails to click on the “SUBMIT” button, the Registration shall be considered to be incomplete and invalid.

4. The Registration shall be open from 9.00 am on September 5, 2016 until 11:59 pm on October 5, 2016 (“Registration Period”).
5. Upon submission of the Registration, Participant(s) will thereafter receive an automated response from ZEE in the following tentative format “Thank you for your registration! In case you are shortlisted to be a part of the studio audience, our team will contact you on your registered mobile number or email.” (“Registration Confirmation”). Upon receipt of Registration Confirmation, Participant is deemed to be registered for the Contest and his/her entry shall be considered to be a valid entry for the purpose of the Contest (“Entry”).

6. From amongst the Participants who have submitted the Entry, the 100 (Fifty) most interesting Answers in the opinion of ZEEL as decided by ZEEL at its sole discretion, will be selected by ZEEL as winners (“Winner(s)”).
7. The Winners as selected and decided by ZEEL at its discretion will be contacted by the ZEEL on their registered mobile number or their e-mail address, which is submitted to ZEEL. For sake of clarity, Participant will be considered as Winner only when he/she has been specifically contacted by ZEEL and given confirmation.

8. The Winner(s), will be given an opportunity to attend the shooting of such episode of Show, as decided by ZEEL at its sole discretion and which shall be held on such date, time and venue as decided by ZEEL at their sole discretion (“Gratification”).
9. The Gratification is provided for the Winner(s) only and cannot be transferred to any other person for any reason whatsoever. Further, Winner(s) cannot be accompanied by any other person for availment or enjoyment of the Gratification.
10. Winner(s) shall be solely liable to bear all costs and expenses including travel and accommodation (if any) to arrive at the venue of the shooting without any recourse to ZEEL.
11. The Gratifications may be modified/changed/revised at the sole discretion of ZEEL and Participant shall not have any claims or raise any concerns regarding the same.

12. Eligibility for participation in the Contest:
Participation in this Contest is restricted to Indian residents of only and who are above 18 years of age as on the date of this Contest.

13. ZEEL shall verify all the Entries of the Winners once selected and Winners shall be required to provide the following documents at any time as asked for by ZEEL including at the time of availing the Gratification:
(a) Pan Card;
(b) Proof of identity cum permanent address proof ? Aadhar card / Election card/Passport/permanent Driver’s License.
(c) Such other documents as may be required and informed by ZEEL from time to time

14. Grounds for disqualification to the Contest:
(a) Participant/ Winners failing to provide the required documents as stated above at the time asked for by ZEEL
(b) Participant/ Winners found to be below 18 years of age as per the age proof submitted.

15. Participants can be disqualified from the Content at any stage of the Contest even after being declared as the Winner.
16. The Winner(s) hereby undertake to sign release letters or any other documents if so required by ZEEL to attend the shooting of the Show as required by ZEEL in order to be eligible to avail the Gratification and agree that refusing to sign the letters required by ZEEL shall deem forfeiture of the Gratification by the Winner(s) and ZEEL shall thereafter be free to select and declare any other Participant(s) as the winner and grant them the Gratification.

17. ZEEL shall try to contact the Winner(s) on their mobile number as submitted to ZEEL, only once. However, if the Winner(s) cannot be reached then it is deemed that he/she has forfeited the Gratification and ZEEL reserves the right to select and declare another eligible Participant as a winner. Only the Winner shall be entitled to receive the Gratification and ZEEL shall not be liable to provide the Gratification to any third person on behalf of the Participant.

18. Further, if the Winner is not available on the date on which such shooting is scheduled to be conducted by ZEEL or the production house which is hired by ZEE, then it is deemed that he/she has forfeited the Gratification and ZEEL shall not have any further liability thereon.
