Avon #PowerOf7 Contest :

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the ‘Avon #PowerOf7’ campaign/ Contest (detailed below).

Terms and Conditions:

1. The campaign/ promotion shall run from 20th September to 22nd September 2016 (“the campaign/ promotion period”), on Avon India fan page on Facebook
2. Avon India can curtail or extend the campaign period, as it deems necessary.
3.Participants will have to follow the Avon India social channel wherein they are participating. If they are participating on Facebook, they have to like the page to enter the contest and visa-versa. Every participant will be sharing their responses using hashtag #PowerOf7 and tagging the Avon India social channel.
4. Only Indian citizens with valid postal addresses in India can participate in the contest.
5. Avon India will require the participants/winners to produce documentary proof to support postal address and age.
6. The participants with the original and most creative response o will be chosen as the winner.
7. There will be a total of Three winners which will be chosen on 29th September, 2016. Three winners will be gratified with Avon goodies.
8. Avon India’s decision will be final and binding upon the contestants and no correspondence will be entertained with regards to the selection process.
9. Any entry with images found to be taken from third-party sources will be disqualified
10. The campaign/promotion/contest shall be valid in India only.
11. Avon India is authorized to remove any comment or image that it does not see fit in the spirit of the campaign/ promotion. Any irrelevant, spam, porn, or otherwise improper submission can be taken off without warning and explanation.
12. Participants shall agree that they will participate with true sportsmanship and not indulge in any smear tactics that might involve, but not limited to, posting irrelevant, rude, or mocking comments at others. However, participants are free to comment honest opinions and Avon India will take a decision on case to case basis.
13. Each Participant must ensure that his/her participation in the Contest is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.
14. No participation or other fee is required to be paid for participating in the Contest.
15. Avon India reserves the right to reject any entry form without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken in this regard shall be final and binding, and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
16. The Participants hereby waive all rights and grant to Avon India, or its Affiliates a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual worldwide license to copy, modify and otherwise use and distribute their submission entry and/or any element of the submission, in any and all media, and in any publication whether online, offline or on the internet. Avon India shall also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such submissions or materials for any purpose.
17. Avon India does not make any commitment, expressed or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and/or queries of the Participants or furnish reasons for inclusion and/or exclusion of any particular submission of the Participant at any stage of the campaign/ promotion.
18. Avon India may assign any or all of its rights under these Terms and Conditions to its Affiliates without consent of the Participants.
19. Participation in the Contest shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. Any breach or default by a Participant of any of the terms and Conditions herein shall result in immediate disqualification without notice.
20. Participant shall agree that he/she will adhere to the online laws applicable in India and shall responsibility for any breach from his/ her part.
