UMM Circuit Contest

The “UMM Circuit” is a disc jockey (DJ) judging competition (the “Contest”) organised by Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited (“Future Lifestyle”). The Contest is an all India Contest and will take place in the regions of Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Bengaluru from September 8, 2016, 2016 to October 16, 2016 (the “Contest Period”).

Eligibility:
** By entering the Contest, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you in your entry is true, original, accurate and complete in every respect. Future Lifestyle reserves the right to verify any information contained in your entry and/or your eligibility to enter the Contest.

** The Contest is only open to persons who are permanently residing in India aged 18 years or older as on the date of entering the Contest. You shall be required to furnish/submit a copy of your identity proof (issued by government authority with photo) or such other valid identity proof as acceptable to Future Lifestyle.

** Future Lifestyle reserves the right in its absolute discretion, with or without notice being served to any participants, to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an participant has breached any of the Rules, any applicable law (including copyright law) or has otherwise infringed the intellectual property of any other person.

** Each participant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the Rules could lead to Future Lifestyle disqualifying that person, without Future Lifestyle giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.
** In the event that a winner is disqualified from the Contest, Future Lifestyle will select an alternative winner in the same manner as the original winner and such selection will be subject to the Rules.

Contest Entries:

** Entries must be received by Future Lifestyle within the date as notified on the Website. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
** Entries which are incomplete or not in accordance with the Rules will be invalid.
** The participant can have only one entry for the Contest i.e., a participant who is participating in one region cannot participate in any other region.
** In the event that Future Lifestyle discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the same person has made more than one entry, such person shall be disqualified and, if such participant has already been selected as a winner, an alternative winner will be selected.
** The last date for registration is September 28, 2016.
** The participants shall bring your own equipment and instruments for the Contest. The participants shall be responsible for their food, accommodation, travelling and other miscellaneous expenses that the participants may incur in order to participate in the Contest.
** The Contest is organized in 3 phases as more fully detailed below and on the Website.
** In Phase 1, participants shall log on to the UMM Circuit platform and upload his/her profile and video/audio mixes. Out of Phase 1 participants, 4 participants from each region will be selected for Phase 2.
** The details of selection process in Phase 1 are mentioned in the Website.
** The participants who are selected for Phase 2 will have to compete in live performance in select Central Stores in the respective regions. Based on live performance by the selected participants in Phase 2 one participant from each region will be selected by the judges for participating in Phase 3.
** The selected participants from Phase 2 (i.e., one participant from each region) will compete in live performance in Phase 3 i.e., the final to be held in Bengaluru on October 16, 2016. Based on live performance by the selected participants in Phase 3 one winner will be selected by the judges.

Prizes/Gratification:
** The prizes/gratification shall be as mentioned in the Website.
** The Contest winner and the runner up shall be selected based on the performance and eligibility criteria and any other requirements as may be decided by the jury appointed by Future Lifestyle and it is clarified that the decision of the jury shall be final and binding.
** The winner and the runner up will be selected and notified on the Website and any other platform as may be decided by Future Lifestyle. No prize will be awarded where any participant has committed any form of misconduct, as determined by Future Lifestyle in its sole discretion.
