Contest:
Upload any video which has your favourite Sachin moment and the best video entry/ies will be featured in the upcoming “Sachin: A Billion Dreams” movie.

Contest Period:
Contest starts on 22nd September, 2016 and ends on 6th November, 2016

Eligibility criteria for Participants:
** Each individual (“Participant”) should upload his/her video entry on www.LiveMoreWithSachin.com (“Website”) during the Contest Period after providing the requested information.
** Participant must have / has to download digibank app and open e-wallet account, after uploading the video entry.
** The details provided for opening e-wallet should match with the details provided at the time of uploading the video entry on www.LiveMoreWithSachin.com.
** The video entry should be an original piece of work and should not infringe on intellectual property rights or rights of any other third party.
** The video entry must not exceed: 500 MB

What’s the Prize?:
Winning video entries will be featured in “Sachin: A Billion Dreams” movie & the winners will get to meet Sachin in person

Selection Process:
** Video entries will be reviewed by 200 Not Out Cinemas subject to the Participant complying the Eligibility criteria.
** Creativity and originality are key factors in the selection process.
** Winner/s of the Contest will be announced on 15th January, 2017 via posts on Facebook & Twitter page of Digibank by DBS along with an email confirmation sent to the winning Participant.

Use of Video entries uploaded by the Participants:
By participating in the Contest, Participants agree that a condition for participating in the Contest entails sharing of usage rights, including but not limited to the display, distribution, publishing, transmission, copy, reproduction of derivative works by 200 Not out Cinemas.

Participant gives to 200 Not Out Cinemas the right to use:
a. their video entries without restriction, in whole or part.
b. their video entries and the associated copyrights in it, without any fee in cash and agree that the mutual benefits agreed under this presents are a good and valuable consideration for grant of rights in relation to the video entries.

Other Terms and Conditions:

** Video entries of Participant/s meeting the eligibility criteria will be considered for this Contest.
** DBS/200 Not Out Cinemas may choose not to select any entry or declare any winner, if the video entries received do not meet the standards of the Contest.
** Each Participant confirms that the video entry is his/her an original piece of work and does not infringe on intellectual property rights or rights of any other third party. It is Participant’s responsibility to clear all aspects of copyright and shall also indemnify DBS/200 Not Out Cinemas from any third party claims in this regard.
** In case two or more videos are found to be similar, the video entry uploaded first would be eligible to participate and subsequent video entries would be rejected.
** A Participant can upload as many video entries as they can be using the same unique ID provided on the Website after sharing the first video entry.
** The video entry can be in any digital video format, whether shot on your mobile phone or other device, and in any genre, including but not limited to animation, documentary, drama, experimental, art, testimonial, etc.
** Video entries must not contain any third party advertising, slogan, logo, or trademark or any indication that the video is sponsored or endorsed by a third party or commercial entity.
** Participants are voluntarily disclosing information to DBS and/or 200 Not Out Cinemas by participating in this Contest and DBS will not be responsible for any misuse of the video entries by a third party.
