** These Terms and Conditions govern the conduct of “#Tweet2TLC Contest” (“Contest”) which is brought to you by Discovery Communications India (“Organizer”).

** This Contest is open to all Indian citizens of 18 years of age or more residing in India (“Participant”), except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate/group companies, its advertising and promotional agencies, its auditors, executing agencies, business partners and their associate companies. Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest.

** By participating in this Contest, the Participants agree to completely release Twitter of any liabilities and acknowledge that the Contest is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter and acknowledge that they are providing information to the Organizer and not to Twitter.

** By participating in the Contest, Participants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments and modifications hereto. Participants also specifically agree to be bound by and subject to the terms and conditions of Twitter governing the Contest or participation of Participants.

** No Purchase is required to participate in this Contest. Participation is voluntary. This Contest will be open for the period starting from 08:00 PM on 24th September, 2016 and ending at 11:00 PM on 7th October, 2016 (‘Contest Period’) in India only.

How To Participate :
To participate in the Contest, the Participant needs to follow the instructions as communicated in the Contest announcement by the Organizer herein below
** Follow @TLCINOfficial on Twitter
** Watch TLC India channel (“TLC Channel”) on television from 08:00 pm to 09:00 pm every day during the Contest Period.
** Answer the daily questions asked by the Organizer on TLC Channel between 08:00 pm to 09:00 pm every day during the Contest Period and submit the same on Twitter @TLCINOfficial (“Entry”).
** One question will be asked by the Organizer each day during the Contest Period.
** The closing time for receipt of Entry for daily questions will be 11:59 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) on the respective day on which that question has been asked.
** For eg: Closing time for receipt of Entry for the question asked on 24th September, 2016 will be 11:59 pm on 24th September, 2016

Note:
** Entries submitted in any manner other than specified in the Contest announcement will be automatically disqualified.
** A Participant is allowed to send multiple Entries. However, Participants shall not use multiple handles to send Entries to the Contest. Participants using fake handles to send Entries will be automatically disqualified. The decision of the Organizer in this regard shall be final and binding.
