During the festival of Durga Puja, Kolkata gets adorned with the visually spectacular pujo pandals. However, pulling off a pujo pandal is no easy feat. Each and every pujo in the city is painstakingly executed, albeit some more than others.

This Durga Puja, Zandu Balm will bring recognition to those pujo pandals of Kolkata, which have broken through every barrier and surpassed every limitation faced, to successfully celebrate Ma Durga’s homecoming.

Terms and Conditions:

** Emami Limited ( hereinafter referred to as “The Company” ) in association with ABP Pvt. Ltd organizes a contest namely “Koshto Kore Shreshto Somman” during Durga Puja with registration commencing from 20th September 2016 to 30th September 2016.
** The contest is opened to Clubs/Paras organizing Durga Puja within Kolkata Municipal Corporation limits only.
** All entries must be received at www.anandabazar.com/zandusresthapujo by 30th September 16, 2016 – 23:59 hours.
** 150 correct/eligible entries will be considered for the competition.
** The decision whether an entry is eligible or not shall solely lie with ABP PVT LTD and the Company.
** All decisions of the judges are final at all level of selections and eliminations. The said decision with regard to the selection and elimination is bind to the all participants and cannot be challenged by any party, participating or non-participating.
** Contest is not open to agencies, employees or contractors , any associated organization of the Company and ABP Pvt. Ltd in connection with the prize draws.
** Registration doesn’t guarantee participation in Zandu balm Kashto kore shreshtho 2016.
** All the prize money will be given in the form of cheques after deducting Govt. taxes. All prizes will be subject to relevant Indian laws, including tax regulation, as and when applicable. All applicable taxes, levies, charges and incidental costs including TDS, if applicable on any prize, will have to borne by the winners.
** All shortlisted pujos will have to display Zandu Balm advertising material from 1st Oct till 11th Oct 2016 (minimum Size 6×4).
** The names of the final winners shall be announced on 8th oct 2016 and in any manner / medium including website / Facebook as deemed appropriate by the Company.
** The Company shall not be liable under any circumstances towards any loss or damage or expenses or cost or any third party liability, whether directly or indirectly, arising out or in relation to use or availing of any prizes and/or in connection with the said prizes as the case may be.
** The Company reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the contest and the terms and conditions of the contest at any time without prior notice at its absolute discretion and without assigning any reason.
** The Company shall deem any information voluntarily supplied during the course of the contest and / or personal information provided by the Participants as “non-confidential”, which hereby discharges all obligations of confidentiality. The Company shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information for its use to third parties without limitation.
** In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the contest and/or the prizes herein, the decision of the company shall be final and binding on all concerned and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained in this regard.
** The Company shall not be responsible in the event the contest is not held due to Act of God, governmental action, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for the same.
** The Participants understand that participation in the contest imply acceptance to the terms and conditions of the contest . All the Participants are deemed to have read the terms and conditions before participating in the contest.
** All disputes subject to Jurisdiction of Courts of Calcutta.
