Eligibility Criteria:
Any one can participate in the contest except employees of Utopeen Services (P) Ltd

How To Apply:
To participate in the contest, please first read “How do I participate” section and then follow the Simple Steps mentioned under the tab ‘Participate Now’.

How do I participate:
** Click on the tab “Participate Now” option and complete a form, OR SMS your Name, Email id, Phone No. and Permanent City details @ +91-9560129123
** Within 24 hours, Utopeen team will issue you a link on your Email id with other promotional details for referring your friends, family and colleagues
** Invite your friends, family and colleagues to create a profile through the given link (Please use provided link as it has a unique identification code for tracking number of referrals provided by you, otherwise your referred person would not be counted).
** To obtain referral points, you must refer a valid contact. The points shall be earned after the referred contact makes a profile (adequately completed) on www.utopeen.com.
** One point shall be earned on each adequate profile being made. Point shall also be earned if you create your own profile using that link.

What should be there in an Adequate Profile:
** Basic Information including Name, Email-id, DoB, Talent Category (Professional/ Creative/ Both), Location, Education Details, Experience Details (in case of Employed & Self Employed)
** Profile Photograph

Note:
** A Referral can also participate in this Contest, following the procedure starting from point no. 1
** Results will purely be on the points earned by the Participants
** You will use a special link provided by Utopeen, without which we will not be able to trace your references.
** Please see the Terms and Conditions (T&C) provided below. Participants under this Contest shall be considered deemed to have agreed to T&C mentioned below

Terms & Conditions:
** An Individual who has been issued a “PTHR” Link by Utopeen Services Pvt. Ltd. will be considered to be the “Referring Contestant” for all Qualified Referrals (as per Contest guidelines mentioned on www.utopeen.com) made using that PTHR Link
** A Referring Contestant should not engage in any misleading, deceptive, annoying, or harassing practices with respect to referrals or Contest communications
** Offer not valid and rewards are not payable for fraudulent transactions. Utopeen reserves the right to stop any Participant from using our services who we believe is using a referral campaign in an unethical manner
** Spam and use of purchased or harvested lists is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the Referring Participant’s deactivation of PTHR Links
** This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
** The Contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by Indian Law. Legal issues, if any, related to this Contest shall be dealt in the Courts of Delhi, India
** You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your name, photographs or you and any other information about you that we have in connection with your participation in the Contest
