TGFM with Quantico Promotion:

Following are the terms and conditions governing the activity titled “TGFM with Quantico” (“Activity”), hosted by Star India Private Limited (“STAR India”), for the purpose of promotion and viewer engagement of the program Quantico (“Program”), airing on STAR India’s channels namely – Star World, Star World HD and Star World Premiere HD (“Channels”).

Entrants’ Eligibility:
a) Participant(s) must be citizens of India and of 18 (eighteen) years of age or above at the start date of the Contest Period. The Participant(s) should not have criminal conviction or an arrangement or a contract that prevents the Participant(s) from participating in the Contest.
b) Employees of and/or consultants of and/or persons hired on contract by Star India and the members of their immediate family are ineligible from participating in the Contest.
c) All Participant(s) must have a valid Twitter account to be eligible to participate in the Contest. For the sake of clarity, it is hereby agreed to and confirmed by the Participant(s) that the same does not include a Twitter account opened and operated by a family member and/or friend of the Participant(s).

Activity Procedure:

(a) The Activity shall take place on every Monday starting September 26th, 2016, for a period of four (4) weeks, ending on 17th October 2016 (“Activity Period”).
(b) Participant(s) can participate in the Activity by tweeting with certain keywords and hashtags about Mondays (‘Comments’). Participant(s) agrees and acknowledges that Comments which will be submitted without fulfilling the above parameters shall not be considered by STAR India and will be considered as null and void.(‘Entry’).
(c) STAR India will track the tweets based on certain keywords and hashtags ( specified below) and once an Entry has been identified on the basis of creativity and relevance, the Participant(s) will be sent a reply tweet from the STAR Handle (“Shortlisted Participants”).
(d) A total of fifty (50) Participants’ Comments will be selected through a randomizer by STAR India (“Winners”), based on its sole discretion in accordance with the criteria as mentioned.
(e) The Winner(s) will be contacted via Direct Message on Twitter (“Private Message”) to provide their name, age, email id and phone number (“Contact Details”) to hello@startv.com within 24 (twenty-four) hours of such Private Message failing which their Entry shall be invalidated.

(f) Upon receipt of the Contact Details, Star India shall contact the Winners via email to submit (including but not limited to) scanned copies of their identity proof, age proof and address proof (eg. Birth Certificate, 10th Class leaving Certificate/ School certificate/ passport/any other valid ID for verification including parents’/legal guardian photo id and relationship proof) (“Documents”) within 24 (twenty-four) hours of such email.

(g) Star India shall make only 1 (one) attempt to reach the Winner(s). In case such Winner(s) fails to revert, his/her selection shall be invalidated and Star India shall not be liable to such Winner(s) in any manner whatsoever.
(h) Upon verification of the credentials only those Winner(s) that are in compliance with Terms and Conditions requirements stated herein, shall be contacted via “Direct Message” option on Twitter, informing them that they are the Prize winner(s) (“Prize winners”).
(i) It is the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to ensure that the Comments submitted do not infringe the rights of any third party including rights in any intellectual property and shall be original in form. Two or more identical Entries shall be disqualified from the Activity.
(j) The Comments will be shortlisted by STAR India on the basis of the creativity and uniqueness of the questions and any other criteria as STAR India may deem fit. STAR India reserves the rights to shortlist the Questions to be sent to the Program Protagonist.
(k) The Participant(s) shall ensure that the Entry including the Comments submitted are not indecent and are not immoral, defamatory, abusive, offensive, insensitive, libellous or blasphemous to an
