This Contest (as defined below) is subject to the following terms & conditions (“T&C”), which may be updated by Bennett, Coleman and Company Limited (“BCCL”) (as defined below) from time to time without notice to Contestant (as defined below).

Eligibility:
** This Competition is valid for Indian citizens and residing in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida, entitled to enter into any contract and are aged 18 years and above.
** The employees of BCCL and their affiliates, distributors and dealers of BCCL, the sponsors of the Contest, family members or the relatives of employees of BCCL, distributors, dealers, sponsors are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Any such entry, even if successful, would be deemed inadmissible for the purpose of this Contest.
Contest Duration:
The Contest shall start on 26th September, 2016 and shall continue unless terminated by BCCL. BCCL reserves the right to terminate, extend or shorten the Contest Duration at its sole discretion.
Prize and Participation:
** No entry fee is required to participate in the Contest.
** To participate in the Contest, the Contestant will have to answer the questions asked in the Coupon printed in that days’ ET and the Contestant will have to tell us “Why Do You Love ET”.
** The Contestant can send the entries via whatsapp (number would be put up on the website and print advertisements) or to the email id mentioned on the website and print advertisements.
** The entries in respect of the Coupon has to be received by BCCL on the same day, when such Coupon has been printed in ET. Only those entries shared before the Last Date of 5pm everyday will be considered for the Contest.
** BCCL shall not be liable for non-receipt and/or non-inclusion of entries in the Contest on account of their being late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, invalid or because of technical failures or otherwise.
** Also, BCCL shall not accept proof of online submission as a proof of receipt of impugned entry by its systems or servers.
** The winners for that particular day for which the Contestant has submitted the entry, will be chosen by BCCL from the all the Contestants who have correctly answered the questions and the best answer to the question “Why Do You Love ET”.
** The winners can redeem their Coupons against gift vouchers at various ET redemption points. The details of the redemption points shall be mentioned on the website www.winwithet.com.
** Such Coupons shall be redeemed against the gift vouchers within 24 hours of receiving the SMS, failing which such Prize shall perpetually and irrevocably stand forfeited in favour of BCCL without any further obligation towards the winner or anyone else.
** There will be minimum 100 winners per day.
** The newspaper carrying the Coupons or the coupon cuts have to be carried in original. Photocopies of the Coupons are not acceptable. The Contestant shall also show the SMS from BCCL notifying him/her as a winner at the time of collection of Prize.
** The Prize(s) are non-transferable.
Please don’t participate in this contest. The winners of the contest were harassed and fooled by the organizers. They will ask anybody who visited the Najafgarh road office to collect their winning coupons and they will narrate the harrowing experience and abuses that they faced for many days. Imaging you line up to get the coupons on Friday and kept standing in the same queue and putting up with the belligerent guards and fraudulent staffs managing the distribution process till Sunday evening. Almost the same things happened at the TOI head office where some unprofessional guys did their best to disappoint the winners with their rude and demeaning attitude and bad, non-cooperative behavior. They simply hoarded the ‘good’ vouchers with themselves and proudly announced that they won’t share these gifts with the winning losers as these winners are the fools who participated in this meaningless contest and expected any reward out of it. They forcefully showed the ‘useless’ food (grills takeaway) vouchers to the ‘winning’ ET readers (losers) and sniggered and laughed at their helplessness.
You need three to four days time to stand in long queues facing rude people and their abuses just to get these unwanted coupons! Please don’t participate in such fraudulent contests ever. I saw people tearing and spitting on Economic Times out of anger and sheer frustration.
In all, like numerous winners of this contest for consecutive days, my experience was really the worst experience with ET ever.
