This contest is subject to rules and regulations stated herein:
** The age of the participants should be eighteen years and above.
** The employees of Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (GCMMFL), their advertising agencies & their associate companies and their relatives are not eligible for this contest.
** All entries will become the property of GCMMFL, & their advertising agencies & may be used for future communication & advertising.
** Incomplete entries will not be considered.
** A select panel of judges will evaluate all entries.
** The decision of the company will be final and binding with regard to this contest.
** No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
** Disputes if any will be subject to court at Anand jurisdiction only.
** All taxes/levies on or in connection with the prizes will be the responsibility of the winners.
** Prizes will not be transferable.
** The winners of the contest should be willing to participate in promotional activities undertaken by the company.
** This contest is subject to force majeure conditions.
** The date of announcing the result of the contest will be decided by GCMMF Ltd.
** No future correspondence will be entertained with respect to date of announcing the results of the contest and/or Prize distribution.
** GCMMF reserves the right to change/modify any terms & conditions of the contest without any prior information to the participants. Any decision taken by GCMMF regarding the contest will be final and abiding.
