Terms and Conditions:

** Last date of submission is 15th October 2016 (12 noon IST).
** While we encourage participants to actively share their entry on social media, maximum number of Likes, Comments or Shares is not the only criteria to win the contest.
** Contest valid for Indian Passport holders only (both travelers need to be Indian Passport holders) over 21 years of age.
** All participants shall be responsible for ensuring that their entry and/ or acceptance of the Prize (as defined below) does not contravene any local laws or regulations. The contest shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
** Employees of Tourism Office of Spain- Mumbai, its agencies and WeddingSutra.com, its agencies are not eligible to participate.
** The prize (stay + air tickets) can be redeemed before 31st March 2017 only. Stay + air tickets will be confirmed by Tourism Office of Spain- Mumbai, Marbella Club Hotel and Turkish Airlines subject to availability of rooms/ seats.
** The prizes (stay and air tickets) are non-transferable and in case the winners are unable to travel, they will not be compensated by Tourism Office of Spain- Mumbai, Marbella Club Hotel, Turkish Airlines or WeddingSutra
** Submission of the entry by participants shall constitute consent on the Winner’s part, to allow to use the Winner’s entry, name, images, video footage by WeddingSutra.com for editorial, advertising, promotional purposes without further compensation, in any media for an unlimited period of time, except where prohibited by law.
** WeddingSutra.com (India) Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Contest and/or the rules without prior notice for any event that is outside of WeddingSutra.com India’s reasonable control.
** Any changes to the terms and conditions, or cancellation of the Contest, will be posted on www.weddingsutra.com. It is the responsibility of participants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the terms and conditions.
** With regards to the winners, decision of the panel constituted by WeddingSutra.com and Tourism Office of Spain- Mumbai will be final.
** In case of any clarifications on your entry please send an email to contest.weddingsutra@gmail.com. Emails sent to any other email address of WeddingSutra and Tourism Office of Spain- Mumbai with queries/ clarifications on this contest will not be entertained.
** In case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction will be Mumbai. WeddingSutra.com (India) Private Limited is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
** The tickets will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
** The tickets must be issued before March 31, 2017.
** No name changes/ routing changes permitted after booking of tickets.
** Date change of the ticket permitted.
** Tickets will be non-refundable, as they have no fare and are completely FREE.
** The ticket cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
** The tickets will be issued at the Turkish Airlines Office in Mumbai.
** If passenger is No-Show, then the ticket is not valid for future travel.
** Confirmation will depend on the flight availability on the date/sector requested.
** Turkish Airlines will not be responsible for denied/ rejected visa and/or arrival/ departure countries by the government of any countries.
** Turkish Airlines reserves the right to exercise their policies in order to comply with the laws and regulations stipulated as and when it deems fit.
** The winner is entitled to a 4 nights stay (bed & breakfast) in a double room at the Marbella Club Hotel.
** The winner will receive a voucher to stay at the Marbella Club Hotel and can book the room before March 31, 2017.
** Confirmation will depend upon the room availability on the date requested.
** Date change of the stay permitted.
** The winner cannot book the room during the summer, Christmas and Easter periods in Spain.
** The voucher will be non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
** If guests are a No-Show, then the voucher is not valid for any future bookings. The room can be booked only once.
** Marbella Club Hotel reserve the right to exercise their policies in order to comply with the laws and regulations stipulated as and when it deems fit.
