The following are the terms and conditions governing the Kellogg’s Chocos – Colour Your Imagination (“Contest”) held by Kellogg India Private Limited (“KIPL”) from 15th July 2016, 11.59 PM to 31st October 2016, 11.59 PM.

To participate in the Contest:
** Get your child to complete the drawing of Coco given in specially marked Navneet notebooks;
** Take a picture of your completed drawing of Coco;
** Send the image of the drawing to the WhatsApp number “92277 19977” mentioned in specially marked Navneet notebooks;

Terms & Conditions:
** 5 best entries stand a chance to win an exciting gift voucher worth ?10,000/-. (“Prize”).
** First 500 WhatsApp entries stand a chance to win early bird prizes; on the basis of time and date of reception of submission on WhatsApp on the above mentioned mobile number.
** Contest valid from 15th July 2016, 11.59 PM up to 31st October 2016,11.59 PM across India. Entries received after 31st October 2016 will not be considered.
** Contest is open to citizens of India for students studying in Standards 1 to 10 of any school.
** Multiple entries can be submitted by the participant but only 1 entry will stand to be eligible for the prize mentioned above.
** Incomplete entries will not be considered eligible for participation to the Contest and will be disqualified automatically.
** KIPL reserves the right to select the winner(s) at its sole discretion. The decision of KIPL in this regard shall be final and binding and no further correspondence will be entertained.
** The participant(s) should not have criminal conviction or an arrangement or any contract with any third party(parties) that prevents the participant(s) from participating in the Contest.
** KIPL will contact the parent/guardian of the winners through the telephone number shared while submitting their entry on WhatsApp. Names of winners will be announced on https://www.facebook.com/MYCHOCOS/ on 30th November 2016. The Prize shall only be awarded to the parent/guardian of the winner upon production of a valid proof of identity or such other documents as may be requested by KIPL.
** In the event that KIPL does not receive any response from the parent/guardian of the winner within three working days of intimation, KIPL reserves the right to select another winner at its sole discretion.
** Submitted entry must be decent, should not be immoral, defamatory, abusive, offensive, insensitive, libelous or blasphemous to KIPL, any person, or section of the society, etc.
** KIPL also reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that KIPL has reasonable grounds to believe that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions and revoke the Prize.
