Process of Campaign:
** 15 winner names daily will be shared by yuvraj (planning Team) to PCR, Programming Team & other stake holders for announcing the winner on show.
** Out of which only the ones coloured will be selected for calling.
** Once the winner is announced the same list will be shared with Marketing helpdesk team for out bound calling (from which only 5 Lucky winner will be selected), informing them about winning Honda Activa & inviting them to our office for shoot & winner announcement on TV and conforming the same with the customers.
** Customers ready to come to our Head office will showcased on TV with wining prize.
** The shoot date will be scheduled 4th of Oct, 2016
** On 1st Oct 3 customer to be invited for TV show (accepted to come to Head office on 4th Oct, 2016) will get free Honda Activa & remaining 2 customers have to pay TDS.
** On 2nd Oct 2 customer to be invited for TV show (accepted to come to Head office on 4th Oct, 2016) will get free Honda Activa & remaining 3 customers have to pay the TDS.
** The TDS amount (i.e.30% of the price) will be paid by the customers.
** These marketing helpdesk will send out official letters communicating to them about the TDS amount & details.

Participation in the Contest:
All persons purchasing products through SHOP CJ during the Promotion Period would be given an option to participate in the Contest, after placing the order for product. The persons exercising the option shall have to answer question/s put forth to them by choosing the correct option from multiple answer options and on answering correctly shall become a Valid Entry in respect of the on-going Contest, subject to fulfilment of the other conditions of a Valid Entry as prescribed under Clause-1(c).

A person may participate again with a fresh purchase made during the specified period provided that he/ she is not the Winner in any earlier Contest during any of the Stages of the Promotion Period. It is also clarified that Business to Business (B2B) Customers will not be considered for participation in the Contest.

Winner:
** Lucky draw will be conducted by SCN from all Valid Entries in each of the Contests, on a random selection basis through a computer. Total 98 winners and individual prize will be chosen in such Contests and individual prize that will be chosen by the computer.

** In the event Valid Entries in the name of the same person is drawn in the same Contest more than once, the Valid Entry winning the Prize of the highest value (as per the MRP of the Prizes) shall be considered and the other Valid Entry in the name of that person shall be rejected.

** SCN may increase or decrease the number of Winners at its sole discretion at any time without any notice. The Winners will be notified by an e-mail or through a call or SMS on the email id/ mobile number given during purchase of the Product or by declaration on the Promotion landing page at www.shopcj.com.
