Colors Bangla Pita Protijogita Contest:

These Contest Terms And Conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) govern your participation in the “Colors Bangla Pita Protijogita” (the “Contest”) conducted by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd.(“Company” or “we”) on the website www.facebook.com (“Facebook”) and on the Facebook page viz. www.facebook.com/colorsbangla (“Page”) for promoting one of the shows viz.

“Pita” (“Program”) telecast on the television Channel Colors Bangla (‘Channel’) . These Terms and Conditions apply to all users (“You/Participant(s)”) who intend to participate in the Contest.

Participant’s Eligibility:
A. The Contest is open only to the following:
i. legal residents of West Bengal, India (“Territory”)
ii. Above eighteen years of age iii. have a valid Facebook account.

B. Participants should state all the required information, which has been asked from them including but not limited to the details required by Facebook. Any submission which is incomplete/ not fulfilled as per the terms of this Terms and Conditions and/or any terms and conditions laid on the Page and/or stipulated by Facebook shall be considered invalid for the purpose of the Contest.

C. The Contest is not open to the permanent and/or contract employees and directors of the Company, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Viacom18 Entities”) and each of their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Contest Procedure:
a) The Contest shall commence from October 1, 2016 and will end on October 4, 2016 (“Contest Period”).
b) Participants can participate in the Contest, by logging on to Page using their Facebook ID and password.

c) After logging on to the Page, the Participant shall be required to upload/share on the Page their selfie images clicked with the participant’s father or father-in-law alongwith a quote or a message for their father/father-in-law and submit it on the page of the contest mentioned on the Page by commenting on the Contest posts of the Channel (“Submissions”).

d) The contact details submitted must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by the Company. Any inaccurate or incomplete information found in the Submissions will result in disqualification from entry into the Contest and the receipt of the Prize.

e) The Submissions send by the participants are required to reach the Company on or before October 4, 2016 11:59 PM (‘Due Date’). Any Submission(s) received after the Due Date shall not be considered and only entries received before the Due Date shall be considered valid.

f) The Participants shall ensure that the Submission submitted by them is in good image, not obscene, vulgar, libelous, defamatory, insulting, annoying, hurting religious, community and nationality sentiments, or in any other way contrary to law, public morals or good taste.

Selection Process:
a) After the Contest Period, all the eligible Submissions will be scrutinized by the Company. The Company, will select a total of 4 (four) winners during the Contest Period and winners shall be declared the next immediate day after completion of the contest (“Winner(s)”).
b) The Winners(s) will be selected by the Company, determined as per their sole discretion for each submissions.
c) In the event that the Company is of the opinion none of the Submissions are eligible to be selected, then the Company may exercise its discretion not to select any participant as Winner(s).
d) The Company will have the right to verify the authenticity of each images uploaded as part of the Submissions and the Participants are required to comply with the requests of the Company to verify the authenticity of images submitted to the Company.
e) The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant(s) from participating in the Contest without assigning any reason. The decision of the Company in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Participant(s).

Terms & Conditions For The Prize:
(a) The Winners selected by the judges shall be gratified with VIP passes for their father or father-in-law for attending Durga Puja. (“Prize”) which the Winners shall be required to collect from the office of the Channel located at Bengal Intelligent Park, Omega Tower, 18th Floor, Block GP, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700 091.

(b) The Prize cannot be transferred, negotiated, refunded or exchanged and only the Winner(s), and not any other person or agent, may claim the Prize.
(c) The Winner(s) must use the passes on the dates provided by the Company and such dates are final and not changeable. If the Winner(s) is unable to use it on such date, Company reserves
