** Hindustan Unilever Limited, (hereinafter “HUL”) is hosting a program for BRU “Bru Coffee Week” (here-in after referred to as the “Program” for easy reference) on the Twitter profileand Instagram profile for BRU, the link for which is www.twitter.com/brucoffeein and www.Instagram.com/BruCoffeeIN

** The contest is valid on various time slots specified from 1st October 2016until 5th October 2016 only between 11:00AM & 7:00PM (hereinafter “Program Period”).
** Participants must ensure that their entry/submission is made within this Program Period. The Program is available for the above Program Period only.
** Participation in this Program is optional and voluntary.
** Participation in this Program is open to all Indian citizens above the age of 18 except employees and family members of BRU, its Associate Companies, its Advertising Agency and its Media Partners.
** No fee is required to be paid for participating in the Program.
** Sending multiple entries is allowed.

Each answer/entry should:
** Be an answer to the question asked.
** Must tag @brucoffeein and use #BruCoffeeWeek.
** Be in context to the subject which is given on the announcement post.
** Not contain any demeaning, abusive, profanity, hate speech, obscenity, etc.

** An incomplete entry /submission by a Participant is liable to be rejected. HUL reserves the right to reject any entry/submission without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by HUL for rejecting any entry/submission shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
** 3 winners to win daily.
** All answers/entries for each hour shall be collated by HUL and the best answers/entry(s) for that particular day shall stand to win shopping vouchers or BRU hampers/ goodies.
** The prizes shall be sent to the winners only after the completion of the activity, i.e. after 6th October, 2016.
** The decision of HUL on the selection of the Winner shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
** The Winner shall be entitled to Prize as decided by HUL and subject to availability.
** Award of prizes is subject to the verification by HUL. HUL shall use basic audit standards to verify the legitimacy of the Winner.
** In case there are any conflicts in the legitimacy of the Winner, HUL is entitled to quash the prize at any given point against such claimed Winner or Participant.
** In case the Winner(s) are not verified internally or not reachable or they cannot redeem the Prize for any reason whatsoever, HUL will reserve the right to pass on the Prize to another participant without any further notice to the Winner.
** In case a participant is not contacted/intimated/declared as a Winner, it shall automatically mean that the person’s name has not come through the selection process and that he/she is not a Winner.
** The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed / exchanged for cash. No claim shall be entertained in this regard.
** No consideration is payable by HUL against use of any entries received for the Program.
** HUL reserves the right to reject, delete, or remove any answer/entry without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by HUL for rejecting, deleting or removing any answer/entry shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
** The participant undertakes that the content submitted by him/her for the Program shall not violate or infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party. The participant shall be solely liable for the violation of the same.
