By participating in this contest, the participant agrees to be bound by this agreement. The information on this contest provided by tatacliq.com, is subject to the participant’s agreement to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility:
The free-to-enter contest to be conducted by the Twitter handle (“@TataCLiQ”) & FB page (“https://www.facebook.com/TataCLiQ/”) herein after referred to as the “contest” is open only to legal residents who are at least Eighteen (18) years of age as on October 5th, 2016.

How To Enter :
** The contest will begin on October 5th, 2016 and will end on October 7th, 2016.
** You must be a fan of Tata CLiQ on Facebook to enter.
** For Facebook, visit: https://www.facebook.com/TataCLiQ/ and ‘Like’ the page.
** It is not mandatory for Tata CLiQ followers to participate in the contest.
** There is no entry fee for this using this contest.
** To enter the contest, the participants need to read and follow the instructions provided.

Defined Process :
** Like the Tata CLiQ FB Page (https://www.facebook.com/TataCLiQ/) to participate on Facebook.
** Follow the Twitter handle (https://twitter.com/TataCLiQ) to participate on Twitter.
** Anyone participating in the contest will need to use #iPhone7OnTataCLiQ and #CLiQ4Coldplay
** The contest will be carried out for 3 days.
** We will select 1 winner in between 7th – 11th October 2016.

Participants would need to follow the following defined process to be eligible to win the contest:
1. Share a tribute to your old phone by writing or singing verses from favorite Coldplay song.
2. Share/Retweet the contest announcement.
3. Get the most likes and retweets on your entry
4. If you win the contest, you will have to furnish the proof of purchasing the iPhone from tatacliq.com
5. The Coldplay ticket will be given only after due and complete verification by the brand.

Terms & Conditions :
** Participants can send us the entries anytime throughout the contest duration to be eligible to win the contest.
** Contest will have 1 winner across Facebook and Twitter.
** The prizes can be changed by Tata CLiQ and can be changed by them without any prior intimation.
** Each participant can send unlimited number of entries.
** A participant with the most creative way to put across the verses and who shares/retweets the post/tweet stands a chance to win.
