Train of Cards Contest:

The Train of Cards contest (“Contest”) is brought to you by Motorola Mobility India Private Limited (“Motorola”/ “Brand”) and is made available on the mobile application of www.amazon.in (“Mobile Application”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&C”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Details of the Contest & How To Enter:
** This Contest will commence on October 06, 2016 at 10:00:01 am (IST) and end at October 06, 2016 at 10:00:00 pm (IST) it will re-commence on October 07, 2016 at 10:00:01 am (IST) and end at October 07, 2016 at 10:00:00 pm (IST) (“Contest Period”)
** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Mobile Application and navigate to selected product pages.
** Amazon will be displaying four (4) kinds of cards on selected product pages during the Contest Period. The number of cards to be displayed will be at the sole discretion of Amazon.
** To participate in the Contest, customer must earn points by spotting the cards (details mentioned herein below) and clicking on them across the product page on the Mobile Application.

There will be 4 (four) kinds of cards displayed on the Mobile Application each with different points value:
** Jack = 10
** Queen = 30
** King = 100
** Ace = 500

Note:
** A customer will be entitled to a maximum of 2000 clicks i.e one click per card for the 2000 cards during the Contest Period
** The top 5 point earners during the Contest Period and will become eligible to to receive Moto Z Play mobile device (hereinafter referred to as “Prize(s)”). In case of a tie, winner will declared from a random draw of lots amongst those with equal points.
** A total of 5 (five) participants will be selected as winners by a random draw of lots for the Contest which will be announced by 30th November, 2016.
** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest each.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any Prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
There are a total of 5 (five) Prizes that will be under this Contest i.e. 1 Prize to each of the 5 participants who are declared winners at the end of the Contest Period. The Prize will be delivered to each winner on or before 30th November, 2016.
