Spot The Cracker Contest :

The ‘Spot the Cracker’ contest (“Contest”) and the benefits/ prizes hereunder are provided to you by Le Ecosytem Technology India Private Limited (“Brand”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Details of the Contest & How To Enter:
** This Contest will be live on 13th October and 14th October, 2016, from 8am-8pm on both days (“Contest Period”).
** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must: (a) solve the clues displayed on the mobile application of Amazon.in (“App”); (b) visit the page on the App wherein an image of a cracker will be displayed; and (c) click on the image of the cracker to earn points.

** The images of a total of 108 crackers will be displayed on the App during the Contest Period where images of 4 crackers will be revealed at an interval of 1 hour each during the Contest Period. Clues to the pages of the App wherein the image of a cracker is displayed will be displayed every 30 minutes during the Contest Period.

By clicking on the images of the following crackers, participants will be eligible to receive the following number of points:

Rocket: 700
Ground spinner: 200
Thunder: 600
Chain: 400
Sparkler: 100
Pencil: 300
LeEco bumper cracker: 1500

Subject to these T&Cs, at the end of the Contest Period, 12 participants who have received the maximum number of points by clicking on images of crackers on the App, will be eligible to receive 1 LeEco Le Max2 mobile device each from the Brand (“Prize”).** Once the winner has been selected, he/ she will be sent an email with the details of how to claim the Prize.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”/ “ASSPL”). You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that there may be similar contests or promotions running at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
There is a total of 12 Prize that will be given to the winners of this Contest, i.e. 1 Prize to each winner of the Contest. The Prize will be provided to the winner(s) on or before 30th November, 2016 by the Brand.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

Winner Selection:
The winner selection process will be undertaken at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participants by e-mail following the draw, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport
