Baby So Close Photo Contest:

This Activity will be open to all registered account holders (“Participants”) subject to the applicable terms and conditions of www.worldofmoms.com, or otherwise.

Terms & Conditions:
Employees, officers and directors of www.worldofmoms.com and its agencies, their immediate family members (Parents, spouse, siblings and children) and persons living in the same household of such employees/ officers/directors, whether related or not are not eligible to participate.

Contest Guidelines:
The www.worldofmoms.com Baby So Close Contest is open to registered users ofthe www.worldofmoms.com platform.

Winner Criteria:
The Baby So Close Contest will be judged by an internal panel of judges identified by www.worldofmoms.com

Scope of www.worldofmoms.com’s liability:
www.worldofmoms.com shall not be liable for any damages or losses to the Eligible Applicants or any third person in relation to the Entries.

By virtue of submitting the Entry, the Eligible Applicant shall be deemed to agree, affirm and declare that the Eligible Applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless www.worldofmoms.com, its affiliates, employees, directors, agents and other personnel against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including attorney’s fees) which may be raised by any third party.

Data Protection / Privacy Policy:
The Eligible Applicant is deemed to be providing personal information (as required) to www.worldofmoms.com. The Eligible Applicant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of such personal information by www.worldofmoms.com for purposes of this Contest.

The Eligible Applicant shall be deemed to be familiar with www.worldofmoms.com’s privacy policy and user agreement. The event organizer is committed to keep all participants’ www.worldofmoms.com account, personal information and other sensitive data in the strictest confidence. The event organizer shall not reveal any of the participants ‘ information to third party without written permission from the players.

Schedule:
www.worldofmoms.com Baby So Close Contest will be held from 4th October, 2016 to 31st October , 2016. Winners will be announced within 2 weeks of Contest closure. www.worldofmoms.com reserves the right to extend or modify the Contest at its discretion. If there is a revision, the revised date will be published on the same contest landing page and the date for results will be announced accordingly.

Winning:
** The decisions made by such jury panel with respect to the Winners shall be final and binding in all respects.
** In the event Baby So Close Contest results are tied among two or more participants, the winner will be selected through draw of lots. Decision of www.worldofmoms.com shall be final and binding, no correspondence shall be entertained.
** Within 96 hours from the announcement of the results of the Baby So Close, the Winners shall be contacted by www.worldofmoms.com via email provided by the Eligible Applicant and shall be informed that they are eligible for the Prize.
** The email sent by www.worldofmoms.com shall have instructions on the further process required to be adhered to by the Winner(s).
** In the event the Winner(s) fails to adhere to the instructions, that Winner’s selection shall be invalidated and www.worldofmoms.com shall not be liable to that Winner(s) in any manner whatsoever and may, at its sole discretion, select another Winner(s).
** www.worldofmoms.com shall make a total of 2 (two) attempts to contact the Winner as mentioned above.
