Contest Validity This Contest is valid for 90 days from 17th August, 2016 00:01 hrs to 14th November, 2016 23:59:59 hrs (“Contest Period”).

Contest Procedure & Eligibility:
The Contest is meant only for Subscribers who are above the age of 18 years. The contest is open only to existing subscribers as on the date of launch of the contest.
** This contest is skill based & purely on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary for the valid Subscribers of “Telenor” (the “Service”).

** The Contest is open for all valid pre-paid subscribers of TelenorTelenor, in the AP circle.
** The employees of Telenor and the Organizer and of their group companies, affiliate or associate companies and their relatives/ dependents shall not be eligible to participate in this contest. If found otherwise then Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant and recover the prize if handed over to them.
** An employee of Telenor or the Organizer leaves the organization when the contest is launched or leaves during contest running period / before winner list announcement / after winner’s list is announced, the employees will not be eligible to participate in the contest. If found otherwise then Organizer reserve the right to forfeit/ recover the prize

In order to be eligible for this contest, Telenor’s Subscriber must fulfil the following criteria:
** Subscriber should be above 18 years of age and should be eligible to contract as per Indian laws
** Subscriber must be citizen of India.
** Subscriber must have submitted the full set of valid documents as per DOT guidelines, at the time of taking connection.
** Subscriber must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind. Subscriber must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.).
** The Subscriber has to be an active subscriber during the Contest Period.
** If the same person having different MDN has been selected more than once, in such event he /she will be awarded only one Prize.
** A Participant will be entitled to win only once during the entire Contest Period. If a Participant is declared as a Winner in more than one category/period then he/she shall be entitled to only one highest Prize.

How to Participate:
The Subscriber shall participate in the contest by dialling an IVR short code 500114 @ Rs 3 per minute. Upon dialling the IVR shortcode 500114 participants will be asked questions. Each question shall have 4 options and the participating Subscriber shall get 10 points for each correctly question, however, there shall be no negative marking. Each incorrect answer will be recorded as 0 points. There is no limit to the questions the user can play.

Applicable Charges:
** Call charges on 500114 are Rs 3 per minute. The charged amount will not be refunded to participants under any circumstances.
** Subscriber needs to dial short code 500114 & answer simple questions

Contest T&C:
** Questions and their answers, designed/sourced by IMIMOBILE, are as per their best knowledge and information available and have been collected and framed with reasonable prudence.
** In case there is any discrepancy / dispute regarding the questions or answers, neither IMImobile nor any third party involved shall have any liability towards any participants.
** It is understood and agreed by the Subscribers that mere participation in this Contest during the Contest Period, does not entitle the Subscriber/s to claim the Prize.
** He /she should be selected/ declared as the highest scorer in conformity with the terms contained in this T&C and as may be selected or announced by an Independent Auditor appointed for such purpose, to claim the Prize(s) mentioned in Annexure A.
** It is understood and agreed by the Subscribers that a selected participant/winner shall have to be the rightful owner of the particular mobile phone number/ connection, registered as per the records maintained by Telenor (and which shall be conclusive).
