Yeh Diwali Online Wali:

1. Yeh Diwali Online Wali (the ‘Scheme’ where Subscribers can win Amazon.in Gift Cards of INR 5000) is organized and managed by Telenor (India) Communications Private Limited (Erstwhile Telewings Communications Services Private Limited) (‘Telenor’)

The Scheme will be governed by these standard terms and conditions (collectively the “Terms”). Each Subscriber agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Scheme and he/she agrees to be bound by the Terms.

The Scheme is open only to those valid prepaid Subscribers (as defined hereunder) of Telenor in Andhra Pradesh & Telengana, Bihar & Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh (West) and Uttar Pradesh (East) Circles (‘Telecom Geography’) who successfully recharge their Telenor subscription exclusively only from www.telenor.in or from Telenor mobile App and of 18 years of age and above, except the following

(a) Employees of Telenor and their family members;
(b) Affiliates, subsidiary companies, representatives and agents of Telenor and their employees and employee’s family members; and
(c) Any person or entity professionally connected with the Scheme.

2. The Scheme is available to all eligible Subscribers for a limited period from 1st October 2016 to 31st October 2016, both days inclusive (‘Period’).
3. The Scheme is open to only those Subscribers who successfully recharge their Telenor subscription for minimum value of Rs.168 & above during the Period exclusively from www.telenor.in or through Telenor Mobile App only (‘Eligible Participants’).
4. The Subscriber will receive the applicable talktime/benefits on such recharge as per regular tariff plans available in the market and no additional charge will be levied on the Subscriber to participate in the Scheme.
5. All Eligible Participants will get a SMS of his/her participation in the Scheme.

6. There will be one winner for each day i.e. Monday to Friday and two winners for each Saturday & Sunday during the Period of the Scheme, selected from amongst the Eligible Participants for that particular day. Draw will be held on the succeeding day and winners will be selected and announced on each succeeding day.

7. Winners will be selected through electronic – random draw process verified and audited by an Independent third party.
8. The results of the Scheme will be posted on www.telenor.in, on social platform/facebook/twitter and will also be intimated to all the Eligible Participants through SMS and Phone call.

9. Winners will be contacted individually as soon as possible after the draw. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners, but if a winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days after the first attempted contact, the Telenor reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to alternative winner selected at the same draw as the original winner.

10. Winners will get Amazon.in Gift Cards of Rs. 5000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) each and such Gift Cards can be used for online purchases at www.amazon.in from 5th October 2016 to 4th October 2017 (Period of redemption of Gift Card ) and will be subject to the applicable terms & conditions of Amazon.in Gift Cards. 11. Telenor will require a current residential address and E-mail address to be provided when requested for ease of correspondence and potential prize delivery. Telenor will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the prize to the addresses provided by the winners within 10 days of announcement of winners.

12. Any Eligible Participant found to have breached these Terms including but not limited to in relation with excluded category (as specified in section 1 to these Terms) and providing correct residential and address details /proof will have his/her participation invalidated and any claim to the prize by virtue of such invalidated participation will be cancelled. Such a participant must immediately return any awarded prize to Telenor.

13. One Eligible Participant with a particular mobile number can win only 1 (one) prize during that particular day.
14. In case the winner does not redeem Gift cards for any reason whatsoever, it will be treated as if the winner has redeemed the Prize and Telenor will be relieved of its obligation under the Scheme. As such, the winner will have no claim against Telenor.
15. Winners may be required to take part in publicity related to the Scheme including having his or her photograph taken and his or her name, without any further compensation from the Telenor.
