Save With Friends Contest :

The following terms and conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) govern the “Save with friends” Contest (hereinafter referred to as /Contest”) which is sponsored by Jasper Infotech Private Limited (“Sponsor/Snapdeal”) and hosted on its Android Mobile Application (hereinafter to be refereed as “Website”).

Conditions binding the Contest:
** Any Participant/Participant Groups found defrauding the terms and conditions of the Contest will be debarred from participating in the Contest.
** The residents of Tamil Nadu state are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
** Only the winning Participant Group shall be informed about their winning.
** Snapdeal shall ask a question, if the Participant Group is not able to answer they will not be eligible to win the Contest.
** The maximum liability of Snapdeal is Rs 4100/- per Group for a maximum 1500 groups.
** Snapdeal reserves all rights to settle disputes under this promotional Contest but in case of legal disputes, redressal sought Jurisdictional courts of Delhi only shall hold jurisdiction.
** Snapdeal will contact the Participants & Winners via email and / or mobile linked with the account. If they don’t respond in 7 days of it, they forfeit the same.
** The Prize hereunder is non-transferable.
** Once a Participant joins a Group / creates a Group he/she cannot join or be a member of any other Group participating in this Contest.

Eligibility:
** Participants must be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India, 18 years or older at the time of entry, to be eligible to enter and participate in the Contest.
** If Participant is/are under the age of 18 years, Participant should review these Terms and Conditions with his/her parent or legal guardian to make sure that Participant and his parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms and Conditions and further
** By participating into the Contest, the Participant hereby warrants that all information submitted by Participant is true, accurate and complete to the best of his/her knowledge.
** Sponsor and Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd (“Jasper”) reserves the right to seek from proof of age and/or nationality and any other information, detail etc. from the Participant/s.

How To Participate:
** Any Participant who fulfils the eligibility criteria mentioned hereinabove may participate in the Contest, subject to these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the following process:
** The Contest begins at 00:00:01 HRS Indian Standard Time (IST) on 6th October, 2016 and ends at 23:59:59 HRS Indian Standard Time (IST) on 31st October, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”)
** Contest Entry: Users must create / join a group. To participate, each Group & participants must, during the Contest Period confirm to the terms hereunder.
** Each Group shall shop for goods worth Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand) or more in the month of October, 2016 (contest period) to stand a chance to win Rs. 4100/-, wherein Rs.3600 shall be credited to the Group members and Rs.500 shall be for credited exclusively to the incorporator/founder of the Group.
** All Purchases made by the Group members after the creation of the Group shall only be counted towards purchases made by the Group.
** Each Group shall have minimum of 5 members and a maximum of 10 members.
** At Least 5 members of a Group shall make purchases for a minimum value of Rs 1000/- each for a Group to qualify.
** E-vouchers, Gift cards, Snapdeal services, Digital products purchased are not in the list of purchasable items in the Contest.
** The qualifying criterion of a Group shall be calculated based on the amount of money paid by Participants to purchase the allowed items listed on the Website for Rs.60,000/-.
** A person can be a part of One Group only.
** If the Products purchased from the Website while participating in this Contest are cancelled, refunded or returned then the value of that Product shall be deducted from the total Amount of purchases made by the Group and its Participant/s.
** Each member of the Group shall be rewarded in proportion to the purchase value of the goods (3600 divided by users who purchased in purchase proportion).
** The value of Products purchased shall be calculated in a sequential order till the gross value of products purchased by a Group reaches a minimum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand Only).
** The Reward will be declared 15 days after the first 1500 Groups reach the minimum qualifying mark and all warranty and return period of the goods/services purchased by the Group expires.
