Volksfest Festival Offer:

The “Volksfest” Festival Offer (hereinafter “Offer”) presented by Volkswagen Group Sales India Private Limited (hereinafter “Volkswagen India”) begins on 1st October 2015 and ends on 31st October 2016 (hereinafter ‘Offer Period’).

1. Under this Offer, all existing and prospective Volkswagen customers stand a chance to win an assured gift for a Test drive taken and Car Booking by them at any authorized Volkswagen dealerships across India.

2. Volkswagen prospective customers also stand a chance to win a Blaupunkt Multimedia Tablet via a Lucky draw for every Volkswagen car purchased by them through fresh booking and deliveries made during the offer period. The Tablet shall be handed over to the winner at the time of delivery of the car or subsequently-based on the stock availability of Blaupunkt Multimedia Tablet (‘prize’).

3. Volkswagen existing customers can participate in Volksfest by visiting nearest service centers. Customers get assured gifts on any visit at any authorized service centre. Customers stand a chance to win a Blaupunkt Multimedia Tablet via a lucky draw on availing minimum two service offers and value added services, as listed below during the Offer Period.

Eligibility :
** At the time of receiving the car -1 for upkeep of car based on the criteria – Interiors, Exterior and accessories inspection by Service Advisors highest score will be selected as winner at the end of the day
** At the time of delivery of a car – Maximum offers availed by a customers in a day will be rewarded – Highest amount of Invoice considered as winner in case of tie
** Service Bonanaza – Chance to win Special Gift Hamper from Volkswagen India –- Lucky draw of set of Customers with min 2 offers and min ticket value as may be fixed by Volkswagen India, will get chance to win a Assorted gift hamper from Volkswagen India.

The detailed terms are as follows.
1. Assured gifts shall be provided only for test-drive and shall be handed out post the test drive. One Test Drive is eligible for one gift. In case the assured gift is out of stock, same can be claimed from the same dealership at a later date.
2. The lucky draw shall be announced as per the schedule in point number
3. The winners will get the communication within 7 days from announcement. Delivery of the prize shall be provided to the Winner along with the delivery of his / her Volkswagen car.

3. Participation period & Schedule for Lucky Draw :
** 1st to 7th October, 2016…….Winner Announcement – By 18th October
** 8th October to 14th October, 2016…… Winner Announcement – By 18th October
** 15st October to 22th October, 2016…… Winner Announcement – By 3rd November
** 22nd October to 31th October, 2016…… Winner Announcement – By 3rd November

4. Participation in this Offer is purely voluntary and free of cost. By participating in the Offer Participant agrees that he / she has read understood and is bound by the terms and conditions set out herein including updated versions thereof.
