#CelebrationRides Contest:

The “#CelebrationRides” Contest, henceforth referred to as the “Contest”, is a contest sponsored by TVS Motor Company and administered by Text100 India Pvt Ltd on TVSMotorComm’s Facebook page and promoted across other social media channels – Twitter and Instagram.

The Contest will be held in the period between 19.10.2016 – 26.10.2016. TVSM will declare the winner on 27.10.2016. The winner will be determined from the participants who send entries to TVSMotorComm on its Facebook Page.

Contest Rules & Regulations:
** The promotion will begin at 11:00 am on October 19, 2016 and end at 4:00 PM on October 26, 2016
** The results will be announced on October 27 before 4:00 pm

Participation:
All participants must ensure completion of the following steps to successfully take part in the Contest:
** Contestants to answer 1 question everyday asked on the TVS Motors Facebook page. Total 8 questions will be asked for 8 days.
** Contestants to share entries on at least two TVSM social platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
** Contestants must use the hashtag #CelebrationRides in each answer
** Contestants will have to follow TVSMotorComm on at least two of the social channels: Twitter, Facebook or Instagram
** It is mandatory to tag TVSMotorComm Facebook and Twitter account in the answer
** Keep the privacy settings of the post ‘public’

Eligibility Criteria for Participants:
** The Contest is open to all residents of India except the employees and the family members of TVSM, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors /executing agencies and their associate companies
** To be eligible, you must be (a) a legal resident of India and (b) at least 18 years old as of October 16th, 2016
** There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to be eligible for this Contest
** The Contest is open from 11:00 am on October 19, 2016 to 4:00 PM to October 26, 2016 only on the TVSMotorComm’s Facebook account. Entries shared after 4:00 PM will not be considered valid

Evaluation Criteria:
** Entries will be judged by the TVSMotorComm’s social media team. There will be three winners in total, with one winner holding the first prize, followed by 2nd and 3rd position holders. The entries will be evaluated basis the timing of the post and maximum correct entries.
** The decision of TVSM would be final and binding on all the participants and no clarifications would be issued to any participants for any of the decisions
** The winners will be announced on 27th October, 2016 before 4:00 pm.

Prizes:
** The prizes will be dispatched by courier at the address provided by the winner.
** The winner will be solely responsible for compliance with any and all applicable laws and any other costs, expenses and fees associated with accepting and receiving the prize.
** In the event any tax withholding is required by law for any prize, the winners authorize Sponsor to make the corresponding deduction.
** Prizes will be TVS Merchandise. The prize will be delivered by courier to the winner’s registered residence and will only be delivered only after proper verification of the winner. The time taken for delivery of the prize will approximately be seven to ten (7 to 10) business days.
** The prize won by the winner is not transferrable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at TVSM’s discretion.
** TVSM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value if any such prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.
** The winner will be solely responsible for compliance with any and all applicable laws and any other costs, expenses and fees associated with accepting and receiving the prize.
** In the event any tax withholding is required by law for any prize, the winners authorize Sponsor to make the corresponding deduction.
