Diwali Bonanza Offer :

The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on October 21, 2016 and end at 23:59 hrs on October 30, 2016 (“Offer Period”). Flipkart reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the period of the Offer, withdraw or suspend it without giving any prior notice to any party.

As per the terms of the Offer:
** any customer who purchases in the Offer Period either on flipkart.com/Flipkart M App/Flipkart Lite Platform: (i) a television; (ii) washing machine; (iii) refrigerator; (iv) air conditioner; (v) microwave oven; and (vi) small home and kitchen appliances (“Product”); and
** who writes a review of the Product on the product page on Flipkart.com on or before 23:59 hrs on November 20, 2016

shall stand a chance to win either of the following:
** 1 customer shall stand a chance to win a Flipkart e-Gift Voucher worth Rs. 1,00,000 everyday in the Offer Period;
** 5 customers shall stand the chance to win an iPhone 7 everyday in the Offer Period;
** 10 customers shall stand the chance to win a Moto E3 everyday in the Offer Period; and
** 20 customers to win 100% cashback everyday in the Offer Period on the Product having the highest price in the invoice. For eg. if a customer, buys Product A worth Rs. 1,000 and Product B worth Rs. 2,000, he shall stand a chance to win a cashback of Rs. 2,000.

The Offer stated above is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN RELATION TO THE REWARD :
** This Offer prize shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart.
** The Offer prizes mentioned above are not transferable.

** The winners corresponding to each day (21st – 30th Oct) will be announced on November 30, 2016 on Flipkart and on Flipkart’s Facebook and Flipkart’s Twitter Handles. Winners will also receive an email communication informing them of the Offer prize and other details in relation to the same.

The customer acknowledges and confirms that he/she is aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons.

The customer agrees to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

** In relation to the e-Gift Voucher worth Rs. 1 lakh please note the following:
– The e-Gift Vouchers will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.
– The voucher will be valid till Dec 31st, 2017.

** In relation to the phones which are offered as prizes in the lucky draw, please note the following:
– The iPhone 7 and the Moto E3 awarded to the customer can be on any colour (Black, Jet Black, Gold, Rose Gold, Silver for iPhone 7 & Black, White for Moto E3) and memory (32GB, 128GB, 256GB for iPhone 7). The customer does not have the option to choose the model of the phone and shall accept only whatever has been sent to him.

– The iPhone 7 or Moto E3 cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash in any form on flipkart.com.
– The iPhone 7 and the Moto E3 will be shipped to the address which was used for the purchase of the tv/appliances stated in (A) above.
– An email communication will be sent to the customer, once the phones have been shipped.
– The phones shall be delivered on or before December 15, 2016.

** In relation to the cashback,
– Particularly for the cashback offer, the winners will be chosen on the basis of order IDs. In case of multiple order IDs for a customer, the one that has been selected as the winner Order ID only will be eligible for the cashback.
– Only customers who have purchased the Products via a valid debit/credit card or netbanking or POS (card on delivery) are eligible for the cashback. This is not applicable for Cash on Delivery transactions.
– The cashback is valid only for Order Items placed from the seller OmniTechRetail.
– The cashback will be credited to source by December 15, 2016.
– Cashback will be given only for the price of the Product and not for any other ancillary charges provided by Flipkart including delivery charges, gift wrapping charges.

** A customer stands a chance to win only one of the rewards set forth in B above. In the event that the customer has already been rewarded, he does not stand a chance to win another reward.
