Tank Up & Take Off Offer :

1. Employees of IndianOil and their families, IndianOil Dealers/Distributors/other Channel partners, employees of Advertising Agencies of IndianOil, Service providers/Event managers etc. associated with this offer, are not eligible to take part.

2. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Offer commences during third week of October 2016 and closes on 31st December 2016 at midnight (referred to as “Offer Period”). Any entries received after 12.00 midnight on 31st December 2016 will not be considered.

4. Entry to this offer shall be treated as void wherever (including any State or Union Territory) such offers are prohibited under local laws.

5. By entering this offer, you agree that the information SMSed or Toll Free calls made and the mobile numbers from which the entries are received may be used by IndianOil for the administration of the draw.

We may also use the information/mobile numbers to carry out research about this offer or communicate future promotions and other messages to the participants of this promotion.

6. This offer is open to Indian Citizens living in India only

7. Only those customers who purchase XTRAPREMIUM petrol worth Rs 1000/- or more for four wheelers and Rs. 300/- or more for two wheelers are eligible to participate in the offer.

8. This offer is applicable for purchase of XTRAPREMIUM petrol at any IndianOil retail outlet where it is available, excluding those retail Outlets located in the States/UTs where such contests are legally disallowed.

9. A customer purchasing XTRAPREMIUM petrol worth Rs 1000/- or more for four wheelers and Rs. 300/- or more for two wheelers, should SMS ‘IOC<space> Bill No.’ to the number 9220066666. Here the ‘Bill No.’ is the number of the ‘bill of purchase’ issued by the petrol pump for the purchase of XTRAPREMIUM petrol.

If the bill no is 2345 the customer has to SMS, IOC<space>2345 to the number 9220066666. If the bill no is 6 the customer has to SMS, IOC<space>6 to 9220066666. The space between IOC and the bill number has to be maintained and the SMS format has to be correct, if not, an error message will be received by the customer.

Alternatively, customer purchasing XTRAPREMIUM petrol as specified at Sr.No.7 above can also give a missed call to number 9220066666 and be guided by IVRS to enter the bill number to participate in the contest.

As a third option, customer can also submit their bill number through Fuel@IOC mobile app under the ‘Offers’ section. In all the above cases, an SMS, acknowledging the registration of the customer for the contest on receipt of the bill number in the correct form as mentioned above, will be sent to the customer by IndianOil.

Customers can also call helpline number 18002676700 for assistance in participation and any clarifications regarding the contest.

10. The SMS facility is available through all service providers including BSNL/MTNL/Vodafone/Airtel/Aircel/Reliance/Idea etc. IndianOil shall not be liable or responsible, if for any reason the customer is not able to SMS the bill number or does not receive the acknowledgement for having participated in the contest because of technical/other issues.

11. The applicable rates for the customer by the service provider would be charged for SMS being sent to participate in the offer.

12. A customer can participate in the contest by sending fresh SMS or missed call for every purchase of XTRAPREMIUM Petrol as specified at Sr.No.7 above. However, each SMS or missed call should have a different bill number linked to the purchase. Multiple SMSes or missed calls from a mobile number using the same bill number will be considered invalid.

13. The prizes on offer are
** 1st Prize – Hyundai Creta – 1 No.
** 2nd Prize – Hyundai i20 – 2 Nos.
** 3rd Prize – Hyundai i10 – 3 Nos.
** 4th Prize – Dell Laptops or equivalent – 30 Nos.
** 5th Prize- Samsung mobile phones or equivalent – 100 Nos.
** Other Prizes – Rs 1000/- worth XTRAPOWER Easy Fuel Cards – 1000 Nos.

14. The customer is required to preserve the original Cash Memo/Bill of the purchase of XTRAPREMIUM petrol based on which the customer has entered the offer for claiming the prize, if any, won by him/her.

Loss/mutilation of the original Cash Memo/Bill would make it invalid for claiming the prize, if the customer wins a prize. No photocopies of Cash Memo/Bill will be accepted. However, it’s recommended that the customer keeps the photocopy of original bill to help in verifying the original bill if it partially fades away.
