#HTCFestiveFreestyle Contest
“The #HTCfestivefreestyle” (referred to as “the Contest”) is a contest launched by HTC India Private Limited(“HTC”), is valid throughout India except in the States where prohibited by law.

The Contest will be held from24th October to 30th October, 2016 (“Both days inclusive”) from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (referred to as “Contest Period”). The Contest will be held on HTC India Facebook page subject to the terms and conditions as detailed herein below:
General terms and conditions of the Contest :
The Contest is only open to Indian Citizens, except in the states where prohibited by law, who have attained the age of 18 years or above.
Employees and family members of HTC and its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event management companies (“Participant(s)”) are ineligible to enter the Contest. Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.
As part of the Contest, HTC or its authorized third party agency will release specific themes for the respective Contest Days.
For participating in the Contest the Participants are required to follow the already specified rules for the Contest on HTC India Facebook i.e. on HTC India’s official Facebook page (on the particular Contest related post) during the Contest Days along with the hashtags as mentioned in the subsequent clause.
If the Contest specifies that Participants need to upload their photographs for the Contest then Participants need to share 1 photograph for the same.Only one (1) entry permitted per Participant.
Incase of multiple entries (photographs) submitted by the same Participant, only the first photograph submitted will be considered for the Contest.

Closing time for response:8:00PM on 30th Oct’16
Judging time:Post 8:00 PM on 30th Oct’16 till 2:00 PM 31st Nov’16
Winner Announcement Date: Within one week of the contest
5.Any entry submitted by any Participant after 8:00 on 30th Oct’16 pm shall not be considered for the Contest and likes to be considered till 2:00 PM 31st Oct’16.
6. In the contests that specify that the Participants need to share photographs, the Participants need to share images captured by them.
At any point, if the images shared are found to be taken from internet or Participant is not able to establish its ownership, the candidature of the Participant shall be rejected.
HTC reserves the right to verify, or to require the Participants to verify, that the photograph is the Participant’s original work. If a photograph cannot be verified to HTC’s satisfaction, the photograph will be deemed invalid.
Participants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their posts and photographs and for ensuring that their photographs comply with the specified rules and the Terms and Conditions.
For the purposes of these content requirements, posts include any content (including text, photos, videos and email messages) that Participants submit, upload, transmit, publish, communicate or use in connection with their entry into the Contest.
7. Incomplete and ineligible posts will be deemed invalid. Posts will also be deemed invalid if they breach these Terms and Conditions as determined by HTC in its sole discretion or any other content guidelines notified by HTC during the entry process for the Contest.
