#DiwaliLights Contest :

** The #DiwaliLights contest shall open on the 24th October, 2016 for a period of 5 days, open to entries from all over India.

** The contest shall close on the 28th October 11.59 pm. No entries shall be entertained beyond the stated duration.
** The contest will be hosted on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. All entries will be accepted only on the aforementioned platform.

** The contest invites pictures of Diwali Lights. This can include pictures of Diwali lights on buildings, malls, at home, on streets, monuments. Pictures shared should capture the Diwali festivities in the form of lights.

** The entry must carry a caption that best describes it. Each entry must contain contest hash-tag #DiwaliLights and tagged with our Fabindia Instagram and Twitter handle @Fabindianews.

Who can participate?
All fans, followers and Fabindia aficionados residing in India above the age of 18 years are allowed and encouraged to partake in this 5 day contest which shall be hosted over Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Rules :
** All participants must have a valid Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts to be eligible to participate in the contest
** All entries on Instagram and Twitter must tag the handle @Fabindianews in their submission picture
** Captions to picture entries on Instagram should include the hashtag #DiwaliLights
** All entries on Facebook must be uploaded in the comments section of any post that carries communication regarding the contest and must contain #DiwaliLights
** Entries submitted without the above mentioned hashtag shall be disqualified
** The rights to each image posted must belong to the participant
** Entries comprising of images lifted or re-purposed from the internet, will be disqualified
** No submitting or posting of any obscene or indecent pictures
** Hate speech and libel disallowed
** Unlimited entries per person is allowed
** Multiple submission of the same image/text entries will be considered as one valid entry.
** Submission of same image/text entries through two or more Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account will be considered as one valid entry.
** Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions
** On submission of an entry for this Contest, every Participant agrees to consent to use the said submission across properties like print, Facebook wall, galleries on Facebook for Fabindia’s marketing activities as they may deem fit in its sole discretion.
** Winners shall be declared in the following week of the contest
** Winners will be required to send us a valid postal address in India

** Winners will be chosen on the basis of the creativity of their entries and at the sole discretion of the Fabindia team Disregard of any of the above mentioned rules shall result in the user’s disqualification from the contest and cancellation of any submission.

Rewards :
3 winning entries to the contest will be declared at the sole discretion of Fabindia. Each winner will be presented with Fabindia gift voucher worth Rs. 1500 each, which can be redeemed towards purchase of products at Fabindia outlets in India. The winner will be required to submit a declaration to the effect of “the image submitted is an original piece of work”.
