The Big Win Everyday contest (“Contest”) is provided to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) before entering the Contest.

You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website or mobile application or mobile site thereof (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Amazon.in”).

To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail with respect to the Contest only.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

These Contests are not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:
This Contest will commence from 24th October, 2016 and end on 30th October, 2016, both days inclusive (“Contest Period”).

In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must purchase any product(s) using electronic modes of payments i.e. through debit card, credit card, net banking facility, EMI, Amazon.in Gift Card or card on delivery option (such product hereinafter referred to as, “Product”), provided that :
(a) such Products are purchased in a single order; or
(b) your order for such Product(s) should not have been cancelled by either you or the seller; or
(c) the purchased Product(s) should not be returned or refunded by you.

Purchase of Amazon Gift Cards and/or gold coins and/or RBL Bank cards/ticket compliment cards and any digital content during the Contest Period will not make you eligible for this Contest.

At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all customers who purchase Product(s) in accordance with Section 2 above, 2 customers per day of the Contest Period will be chosen by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest question which he/ she will receive through an email/ phone call.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, if such customers answer the Contest question correctly within the time period communicated by Amazon, each such customer will be eligible to receive one Apple iPad 2 Mini (“Prize”).

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

OTHER CONTESTS:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

PRIZES:
There are a total of 14 (fourteen) Apple iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi 16GB/ Prizes that will be given as part of the Contest as per the Contest Schedule. Any graphics of the Prizes as depicted in any communication regarding the Contest are for representation purposes only. The actual Prizes may differ in color and appearance.

ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘How to Enter’ section. One participant will be eligible to win only once during the Contest Period.
