Terms and Conditions :
** The contest is solely applicable to the users of DivyaBhaskar and DainikBhaskar (Mobile App, Web and WAP).
** The contest is applicable from Dt 26th October 2016 to Dt 30th October 2016.
** The contest is applicable within the territory of India, and the winner has to be a resident of India.

** To participate in the contest, Divyabhaskar and/or Dainikbhaskar user has to redeem 100 number of DB Points against DB Coupon. The user needs to click on “Get Coupon” to receive Lucky Draw Coupon Code via SMS. This SMS will be sent on the same number which has been used while registering for DB Rewards.

** Winner will be selected by a random draw from the pool of coupon codes.
** There will be 2 Winner per day (1 for DainikBhaskar and 1 for DivyaBhaskar)
** Winner will be informed through a telephonic call and e-mail.
** winner needs to collect the gift from local DivyaBhaskar and/or DainikBhaskar Office.

** The winner of the prize shall be liable to pay taxes at the rate of 30% on the price of the prize, as applicable under the Income Tax Act 1961. Such payment shall be made by Winner by way of cheque in the name of DB Corp. Ltd. (Digital Division).

It is only upon clearance of cheque so issued by the Winner that the Winner shall be eligible to receive the contest prize. Such taxes shall be applicable above the limit of Rs. 10,000 per winner.

** The winners may be required to participate in a photo taking session during the issuing of Lucky Draw gift. Such pictures may be used by DB Corp. Ltd. for marketing and promotional purposes. By taking part in this contest, the user grants DB Corp. Ltd. (Digital Division) the permission to click and thereafter use pictures for the stated purpose.

** The contest is solely at DB Corp. Ltd.’s discretion and it can be discontinued without any prior notification.

** DB Corp. Ltd. cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize.

DB Corp. Ltd. is not responsible for any safe custody, return, non-delivery or missing of entries, late, misdirected, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest.

** By entering the Contest or accepting the prizes, you agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries shall be asserted against DB Corp. Ltd., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Contest and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

** Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest will be resolved solely by a committee constituted by DB Corp. Ltd.
