Terms and conditions :
1. The contest is valid for entries received between 24th Oct 2016; 00:01hrs- 30th Oct 2016; 23:59 hrs.
2. Participant should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India
3. Participant should have a billing address within the territory of India
4. Participant should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

5. Participants who also purchase Philips 4K UHD TVs during the contest period will only be eligible to win a Philips 20” LED TV. Rest of the participants who do not purchase Philips 4K UHD TVs during the contest period will not be eligible for the Philips 20” LED TV prize. .

6. Participants who do not purchase Philips 4K UHD TV during the contest period are eligible for other prizes (except Philips 20” LED TV).

7. Details of the participants shall remain confidential and the company shall be under no obligation of any kind to share the list of participants / winners with anyone and no such demand shall lie against the company

8. This is a voluntary programme and the company reserves the right to modify / withdraw / scrap the programme at any point of time, if so deemed fit and / or required by law or otherwise and no claim shall lie against the company in such an event, in any manner whatsoever and no specific notice shall be given or the above account to the participants.

9. Taxes, levies as applicable on prizes shall be payable by the winner in the manner as may be specified by the company, before redeeming the prize.
10. Winner will be required to pay a 30% gift tax on the MRP of the 20” Philips LED TV to PE Electronics Ltd. in advance along with the details of his / her PAN card
11. Post receipt of the 30% tax company will provide the gift (20” LED TV) to the winner
12. This contest is not open to the employees and relatives of PE electronics and its advertising agencies.
13. Any dispute arising out of the contest shall be settled at the courts of Aurangabad.
14. To increase your chances of winning, do like, share and comment on the posts.
15. 7 Questions will be asked throughout the contest. Contestants with most correct answers will win the prizes.
16. The participants will have to give an appropriate answer to the question asked in the Contest.
17. The winners for the gratification will be selected by via lucky draw.
18. Company may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary at its own discretion.
19. Company may use the entries submitted by the Participant for any promotional purpose it may deem fit.
