IET is a State Level Paper Presentation contest which is organised by Recruitment Analysis Council on every year in respective states across India.

Recruitment Analysis Council (RAC) organizing ‘IET’17 – INNOVATION OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY’17, a Paper Presentation Contest for the students related to Engineering, Science & Technology in association with various State & Central Government Organizations, and supported By National Cyber Defence Research Centre (NCDRC)

IET plays an important role in shaping the overall career of a student, and applies entire conceptual ideas for developing a practical and innovative model. This initiative gives an opportunity to the students to showcase their talent, research orientation and untapped potential.

Competition engages and motivates students and drives innovation and makes the future generation of engineers to be innovative leaders, responsible citizen and problem solvers, a vital requirement for any engineer or product designer.

Project-based learning is a widely recognized and effective teaching approach for students of all abilities. Project-based learning also develops higher-order inquiry and problem-solving skills and helps students gain a greater and deeper understanding of scientific and mathematical principles in an applied manner.

The competitive elements of some project-based learning activities also provide an important additional dimension to teaching and learning, within the correct context. The Top selected Papers will be recommended for an implementation to Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, and to the IT Industries.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Students studying undergraduate & post graduate programmes in Engineering Colleges as well as Diploma holders of Polytechnic institutes, with ability to demonstrate their innovative concept.

Papers must be in IEEE Format, The Paper write up shall not exceed six typed pages and shall be on the following heads:
1. Title
2. Abstract
3. Description/ Methodology / Circuit
4. Conclusion
5. Reference

Step 1: Registration must be done in Online by Individual or a Group (Max.3) of Students for each team.
Step 2: Team will receive the Acknowledgement (Hall Ticket) from RAC
Step 3:Zone Presentation will happen at the Review Centre on the respective districts between 21st Jan to 11th Feb 2017.
Step 4: Review Centre will Select the best Papers (Zone Winner’s) and send their recommendation for finals
Step 5: Zone winners will get hallticket to attend the Final Presentation at respective state

Last Date of Registration: 10th January 2017
Last Date for Paper Submission: 15th of January 2017
