Terms And Conditions :
This Contest is organized by Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers”) and is open to all applicants for participation who comply with below conditions (“Participants”):
** are citizens of India;
** are viewers of the channel “Nick” (“Channel”);

** who are mobile/landline subscribers of Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, Idea, BSNL, MTNL Mumbai, Reliance, Loop and Tata (“Service Providers”); and

** Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents.

To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to watch the “Ninja Hattori” program (“Program”) on the Channel i.e. “Nick”, Monday – Friday from 7:30PM till 8:30PM during the Contest Period and answer 1 (one) question correctly by selecting the correct answer from the multiple options provided on the Channel or any other platform as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion, during the Contest Period (as defined hereinafter) as per methods provided hereinbelow.

The questions may vary every day during the Contest Period and the Participants may participate more than once on every day basis. The Winners shall be selected and declared in the manner more particularly set out herein. The Winners of the Contest will be selected as per the selection mechanism provided below.

Modes of Participation: The Participant can answer the questions in one of the following methods:
** Via SMS, by sending an SMS ‘NINJA’ <space> Option A or Option B <space> Your Name to 56882 through their respective mobile Service Providers; or

** By logging on the Nick India webpage – ‘nickindia.com’ for participating and posting their answer on the aforesaid webpage as per the terms, conditions and instructions provided therein.

Contest Period:
The Contest shall commence from 24th October, 2016 and shall conclude on 18th November, 2016 or on such date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

Selection of Winners:
At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizers shall select total 3 (three) Participants on maximum entries during the entire Contest Period and on first come basis and who have answered the questions correctly as the winners of the Contest (“Winners”) and such Winners shall be eligible for gratification as detailed herein.

The Winners shall be announced on 25th November, 2016 or such other date and/or time as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion (“Announcement”).

The Prizes will be distributed at such date(s) and/or time(s) as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.

Gratification Details:
The 3 Winners selected during the entire Contest Period and declared by the Organizers would be entitled to win the prize, as set out below:

** Total Winners Eligible to Win Respective Prize Element
** Visit by Ninja Hattori to each Winner’s house (subject to the terms and conditions stated herein)

** Each Winner shall get a one-time opportunity to have Ninja Hattori visit their home on such date and time as informed by the Organizers. If the Winners are not available during the dates proposed by the Organizers, then the Prizes shall be forfeited by the Organizers.

** For the sake of clarity, it is understood that the visit by Ninja Hattori to each Winner’s house shall be on such date/s and time/s as determined by the Organisers in their sole discretion and subject further to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Organizer, from time to time.

** It is clarified further that the nature, duration and other elements of the visit by Ninja Hattori to each Winner’s house shall be as determined by the Organisers in its sole discretion.

** The Participants or any third party shall have no right to question the nature, form, type or number of the Prize / gratification being given by the Organizer.
** Organizer takes no responsibility, liability or any other expenses for the Winners.

** Prizes will be distributed at the end of the Contest Period, at such date and time as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion subject to compliance of terms and conditions here and all instructions of Organizer from time to time.

** Each Winner understands that the gratification mentioned above shall be subject to strict compliance of terms and conditions hereunder or otherwise specified by Organizers from time to time.

** Each Winner understands that the visit by toon Ninja Hattori to their home/house may be recorded by or on behalf of the Organiser and the Organiser shall be sole author and owner of such recording and shall have absolute exclusive right to use the recordings for perpetuity and in any modes or format as may be determined by the Organiser for any purpose and each Winner hereby consents to such usage and the gratification of the contest is adequate consideration for such usage.
