By taking part in the “Diwali Moments – Picture Contest”, the Contestants hereby acknowledges that he/she willingly opts to participate in this contest/activity at his/her sole discretion and conscience.

The Contestants accepts and agrees that he/she has read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions, and is legally bound by these terms and conditions mentioned herein.

How to participate:
** The Contest is open for all the residents of India who are 15 years of age or above (hereinafter referred to as “Contestants”).
** The “Share Your Diwali Moments – Picture Contest” (“Contest”) is conducted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as “BPCL”).
** The Contest will run through 15th November, 2016.
** The winners will be declared on Speed Fuel Facebook page on 25th November 2016

** To participate in the contest, the contestant is required to click a Photograph of theirs capturing the theme ‘Diwali Moment’. The clicked photograph needs to be uploaded on our Facebook page. The more the likes on the Photograph the better chance to win.

** The Contestants may also tag 15 friends on the post and share the post on their own walls publically.
** Failure to complete points 5 and 6 successfully will result in an invalid entry
** Contestants are allowed to submit multiple entries as long as they fulfill points 5 and 6 successfully for each entry made.

** Selection of the winner/s will be done by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and / or its associates and shall be final & binding on all Contestants. 250 pictures with the highest “likes” and “shares” will be declared the winner, provided, they get minimum 50 likes each.

No correspondence in this regards shall be entertained. If there are less than 250 pictures which have received likes and shares more than 50 times, then numbers of winners will be lesser.

** Announcement of Winner(s) and the selected / uploaded photos will/may be featured on BPCL’s digital assets consisting the website, Facebook page, twitter page or any other assets.

** Upon announcement of the winners, the winner will be required to provide his/her acceptance / rejection of the prize, along with the name, address and contact details (phone, mobile and email) within 72 hours through either messaging on their Facebook page or email ID mailto:vaishnavipshah[at]bharatpetroleum.in.

Failure of the winner to communicate the acceptance or rejection within the time frame entitles BPCL to disqualify the winner and replace them with another eligible Contestants.

** Any dispute with regard to the gratification in any manner whatsoever shall not be entertained
** 250 voucher worth Rs 2,000 each will be given away as prizes. This number may be reduced if enough entries have not been received, or condition given in point number 9 is not met.

** The prize details (i.e. voucher worth Rs 2,000) will be emailed/couriered to the winners by BPCL or its associates. The prize will be given only to the winner in whose name the entry has been made.

** If a Contestant has won the contest but does not wish to take the gratification, BPCL will not alter whole or any part of the gratification. Under no circumstances, any portion of the gratification be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise.

** The gratification shall not be transferred or sold, and will be exclusively for the selected winner.
** BPCL reserves the right to change/modify/amend/cancel the gratification at any time without any prior notice or consultation.
