Photography Contest:

Kamarajar Port Limited proposes to conduct photography contest for selection of photographs for of KPL calendar for the year 2017.

Therefore, Kamarajar Port invites all Photographers to participate in the contest in order to select 12 photographs which will be displayed Nationwide through the calendar for the year 2017.

Theme:
The THEME of photographs shall be Historical / Heritage / Buildings / Roads / Beach which depicts the modern look of Chennai. The photograph should be in maximum higher resolution. The photographs would be selected by a committee constituted by the KPL Management. The photographs taken should reach this office to the following address in a sealed cover on or before 1500 hrs on 15.11.2016 with the covering letter.

Note:
** The photographs received after 15.11.2016 shall not be considered for selection.
** The best photograph selected by the committee would be awarded Rs. 5000/- each.
** The winners will be intimated separately on finalization of 12 photographs by the committee.

Terms and Conditions:
** The photographer can send maximum of 15 color photographs selectively.
** The size of photograph should be in A4 size in art paper with glossy finish and it should have the details of make of the Camera, Aperture and Shutter speed.
** The photographs should be in maximum higher resolution.
** The Photographers should give the details of each photograph mentioning the location, etc.,
** The copyright of the photograph belongs to the photographer only and Kamarajar Port Limited shall have the right to use all the submitted photographs for printing purpose.
** The photos shall not be taken from Internet.
** The Photographer should indicate his Name, Address, Mobile number and email id while sending the photographs.
** The KPL Management has the right to accept / reject the photographs sent for selection without giving any reason.
** The decision of the committee is final.
** The winners will be intimated separately on finalization of 12 photographs by the committee.
** On selection of the best photographs, the soft copy of the same shall be given in CD to The KPL Management
