#CustomBikeFaceOff Contest :

“#Custombikefaceoff”, henceforth referred to as the “contest”, is hosted by ‘Trails of India’, on website and will be promoted on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Any participation in this regard is voluntary.

Eligibility:
This contest is open to all interested participants 18 years and above, and resident of India. All entries must be submitted within the contest period. Entries submitted outside of the contest period will be disqualified from the contest.

Not Eligible:
The following are not eligible to participate in the Contest:
** Employee of Trails of India and their immediate family members.
** Employees of any party which is directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the contest.
** Employees of external auditors who are directly involved in the contest.

Contest details:
** There is no entry fee.
** The Contest Period shall be from 14th Oct 2016 to 11th Nov 2016. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.
** By entering the Contest and entering the information/contact details required, you agree that Trails of India may use the information/contact details that you provide for purposes of administering the Contest and to contact the prize winner.
** All entries must be submitted on Trails of India website. Entries submitted through any other medium would not be considered valid for the contest.
** Entries must be of original material created by the participant. Entries that contain content not originally created by the participant (as determined by Trails of India in its sole discretion) shall be disqualified from the Contest.
** Entries cannot contain any commercial material, whether in part or in full (e.g. snippets from movies). Entries that contain commercial content (as determined by Trails of India in its sole discretion) shall be disqualified from the Contest.
** This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social platform like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
** Trails of India reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that are created with respect to this contest.
** The entries must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
** The participant must be the same person submitting the content (image/videos). Entries found to be plagiarized and in violation of any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 will be disqualified, solely based on the discretion of Trails of India.
** Trails of India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
** Trails of India reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the contest and/ or the Terms & Conditions.
** No responsibility can be accepted by Trails of India for entries not received for whatsoever reason.
** All entries and/or submissions will not be returned to the participants, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
** Prizes given are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prize.
** The panel will decide the points at each stage, post evaluating the effort and eligibility criteria of the participants.

Steps of Participation:
The Contest is designed for bike-lovers who have had their bikes customised.

All you have to do is:
** Sign up and register on trailsofindia.com
** Park your bike in the ‘Garage’ section.
** Share your customisation story, upload pictures with description, and publish it.
** Share your chronicle with your community and get maximum engagement to win.
** Tag at least 3 of your friends and mention the name of the customisation company.
** Make sure you use #CustomBikefaceoff and #trailsofindia while sharing your chronicle on your social media channels.

Evaluation criteria:
Entries will be judged on the basis of :
** Sign up on the Trails of India website
** Submit their story with image on Trails of India website
** Number of activities performed on the website
** Quality of content shared
** Conversation created on Social Media channels
