Procedure and Eligibility to participate:
This Challenge is valid for all active prepaid and post-paid Subscribers who fulfil the following criteria at the time of participation and during continuation of the Challenge:
** He/she must be of or above 18 years of age at the time of participation in the competition.
** He/she must be a Citizen of India;
** He/she must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind;
** He/she must belong to any of the Circles mentioned above; and
** He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court orders etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
** Subscriber must be an active Subscriber or customer of Idea during the announcement, selection of highest scorer gratification.

Charging:
To participate in/register for the Challenge, the Subscribers have to:
** Register/Subscribe for the Challenge: Registration/Subscription in the Challenge is free and there are no charges for the same, However for using services/participation (SMS and voice calling) the Subscriber/Registered user shall be charged Rs. 2/- per answer via SMS or voice calling while answering the question.
** Registered Subscriber will be able to answer a maximum of 900 skill/knowledge based questions during total Challenge Period.
** To participate on Voice, the Idea Subscribers have to call 53111, which will be Toll free. To participate through SMS, Subscribers need to send an SMS CAR to 53111 which will be Toll free.
** This Challenge will be available only in the above mentioned 22 Circles of Idea.
** Modes of registration/subscription/participation can be added or suspended (due to unavoidable issues on which Organizer does not have any control) during the duration of Challenge.
** The charged amount will not be refunded to Subscribers under any circumstances.
** In case of a low balance response for any question, charging will stop – Charging will resume when user initiates again by answering a question through any channel i.e. either on SMS or Voice.

Gratifications and highest scorer selection:
The selection of the highest scorer shall take place after completion of the Challenge & the gratification shall be distributed thereafter.

Highest scorer selection shall be done based on the following criteria:
** Highest Score
** Minimum attempts
** Minimum time taken

In case there is tie between users – then tie breaker round will be conducted – In case of a tie in the minimum attempts or minimum time taken, the Subscribers who have tied will be asked to answer a set of 5 tie breaker questions on IVR. The Subscriber who answers the maximum questions correctly in the given time or in case both the Subscribers answer equal number of questions with equal score then the Subscriber who answers the maximum questions correctly in the least time, will be selected as the highest scorer.
