Dosti Month Contest Gujarat 2015:
This Offer is Sponsored by Spice Digital Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 and having its registered office at 60 D, Street No. C 5, Sainik Farms, New Delhi – 110062 and its corporate office at S Global Knowledge Park, Plot No. 19A & 19B, Sector-125, NOIDA – 201301, Uttar Pradesh, (hereinafter referred to “SDL”); in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and its circle office address at _2nd Floor, Venus Atlantic, prahladnagar, Ahmedabad – 05 (hereinafter referred to as “Idea”).

SDL and Idea shall hereinafter be jointly referred to as “Organizers” and the Offer is open for a limited period from 2nd September, 2015 – 00:00:01 Hrs till 6th October, 2015 – 23:59:59 Hrs for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of the Idea Cellular participants across Gujarat Circle.

Description Of Contest:
This Challenge is purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible Subscribers in this Challenge is voluntary. Spice Digital Ltd in association with Idea, reserves the right to participation in this Challenge.

Promo Period:
Promo Period will be of 34 days.
Starting from 2nd September, 2015 to 6th October, 2015.

Gratification Scheme:
In all, total six (6) i.e one (1) Mega Top Performer and five (5) Top Performer shall be declared by Spice Digital Ltd, as per selection criteria mentioned in sub clause 3.2 above.

The allocation of Gratifications to the Top Performers/ Top Scorers is as under-
One Mega Top Performer shall be eligible for the gratification of a Diamond ring worth up to Rs. 15,000/- only.
5 Top Performers shall be eligible for the gratification of gift voucher worth Rs. 1000/, each.

It is understood and agreed by the participants that mere participation to this Challenge during the Challenge Period i.e. from 2nd September 2015 00:00:00 hours till 6th October 2015 23:59:59 hours, does not entitle the participant/ subscriber/s to claim the Gratification. He /she should be declared Mega Top Performer and Top Performer by Spice Digital Limited in conformity with the terms of clause 3.2, to claim the Gratification(s) mentioned in clause 4 of this T&C. The gratification offered in this Challenge is subject to availability.

Eligibility Criteria:
The Challenge is open for active pre-paid as well as post-paid category of cellular subscribers of Idea, who subscribe to Idea Voice chat service (“Service”) in telecom circle of Gujarat circle only (the “Subscribers”). For the sake of clarity, a “Subscriber /Participant” for the purpose of this Challenge shall mean and include an individual/person, who is the rightful owner/user of the pre-paid or post-paid mobile connection of Idea, registered in Gujarat telecom circle and in whose name the mobile connection is active and registered as per the records maintained by IDEA Cellular Ltd (and which shall be conclusive). Idea Cellular employee will not be eligible to participate in the contest. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a Subscriber.

In order to be eligible for this challenge a Participant must fulfill the following criteria-
** He/She should be above 18 years of age.
** He/She must be citizen of India.
** He/she must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind.
** He/she must belong to the telecom circle mentioned above; and He/She must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
** He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

The employees of “Spice Digital Ltd” and their group companies affiliate or associate companies; are not eligible to participate in this Challenge.

This Challenge is not available for Idea Employees and their relatives; also the subscriber Idea cellular of Gujarat roaming outside is not eligible to participate.

The participant with outstanding amount as dues pending and payable to Idea shall not be eligible to participate in this Challenge.

Also, by participating in this Challenge, You:
** Warrant that you have read understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions.
** Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that you have submitted.
** Agree that you are entering into this Challenge as an independent party and nothing herein establishes an employer-employee relationship between you and Idea or between you and SDL and you are acting voluntarily, using your own time and resources to participate in the Challenge, solely at your own risk.
** Warrant that prior to participating in the Challenge, it shall be deemed that you have read and have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein.
** Warrant that you shall be solely liable and responsible for the material or content, if any shared/ used by you while participating in this Challenge.
** Warrant that you shall not, while participating in this Challenge, indulge in any activity which is fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, slanderous, profane, racially objectionable or hurt any religious or communal feeling, including, without limitation, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or result in civil liability and shall not contain any material that enrages the public sentiments or violates any legislation or policy for the time being in force.

Participation, Charges & Selection of Mega Top Performer and Top Performer/s:
Participation and Charges:
** This Challenge is purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible Subscribers in this Challenge is voluntary. To participate and win gratification in this Challenge, a Subscriber/Participant shall have to fulfill the following criteria-
** Participant has to dial short code 55878 for participating in the Challenge. During the Challenge Period, a Subscriber may dial short code 55878 any number of times each day to participate in the Challenge (hereinafter referred to as “efforts/attempts”).
** Further, the Subscriber participating in this Challenge and generating the highest Minutes of Usages (MOUs) during the Challenge Period by using the Service for maximum time period and chosen as Highest Scorer under the Challenge in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Challenge, shall be eligible to the gratification only if he is the registered Subscriber of the mobile phone number (“Eligible Subscriber”).
** At the end of the Challenge Period, a knowledge based question will be asked to top ten (10) Subscriber short listed on the basis of maximum minutes of usage (MOU) of the Service. The top six Subscriber who shall generate maximum score while giving the correct answer to the knowledge based question (“Top Performer(s)”) shall be eligible to win the gratification, as per clause 3.2 below. The declaration of Top Performer shall be made by SDL/ Idea in descending order starting from the highest score. If the Top Performer is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the registered Subscriber of the mobile number, the Organizers reserve the right to award the gratification to the next eligible Highest Scorer or to forfeit the gratification, at its sole discretion.

Charges:
The Challenge will be in the form of maximum usage on Idea Voice CHAT Service during the Challenge Period. Subscription charges for subscribing to Services are Rs.30/month and Rs.2/- per minute for the usage of the Service. After subscribing to the Services, the Subscriber intending to participate in the contest must start using Idea Voice CHAT Service and has to browse maximum during the Challenge duration.
