Terms and Conditions:
By participating in the Contest, you irrevocably agree to and assure the following:
1. This Contest is open only to all the residents/participants who are of the age of 18 years or more and who are the citizens of India except the residents/participants from the state of Tamil Nadu and all such states where participation in such Contest is specifically prohibited by law.
2. The Contest is available to all users/subscribers of GGL who buy Gaana+ subscription package of 1 year amounting to Rs.999/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety Nine only).
3. The Contest is not available for users/subscribers of GGL purchasing any other Gaana+ subscription plans (i.e. 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months) and the existing Gaana+ subscribers.
4. The Contest will start at 12.00.00 p.m. (IST) on 28th October 2016 and end at 11.59.59 p.m. (IST) on 26th November 2016 (both days included) unless extended or reduced by GGL.
5. You represent that you are legally competent to enter into and form binding contracts under applicable laws and have the express authority to do so without further reference to any other entity/person and that you do not suffer from any legal disabilities and infirmities.
6. You agree to provide complete and correct information in respect of your identity, contact details, age, sex and complete postal/correspondence address. Any incomplete or incorrect data furnished to GGL would entail your disqualification from participating in the Contest. No communications/correspondences in this respect will be entertained by GGL.
7. You can participate in the Contest only by purchasing the Gaana + yearly subscription package amounting to Rs. 999/- and by creating a playlist. The participant creating the best playlist will become the winner of the Contest (“Winner”).
8. The Contest is open for participation at participant’s own cost and GGL does not undertake or agree to bear any costs towards any expenses that may be incurred by you to participate in the Contest.
9. These Terms & Conditions constitute the comprehensive terms and conditions of the Contest and you are bound to comply with the guidelines, requirements etc. contained therein. Any non compliance with the same may disqualify you from participating in the Contest.
10. You shall be required to give a valid identity proof, mobile number proof, proof of residence, or such other proof as may be required by GGL.
11. GGL reserves the right to alter the Terms & Conditions without any further notice as GGL may deem fit in its sole and absolute discretion. No communications/correspondences will be entertained by GGL on account of the aforementioned alterations/modifications or otherwise.
12. In the event where you become the Winner of the Contest, you undertake to do any and/or all acts, deeds, matter or things as may be required by GGL in its sole and absolute discretion to avail the Prize (defined later).
13. The Winner will be given a Honor 6 Plus Mobile Phone powered by Huawei as a prize (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”).
14. Only 1(one) attempt will be made to contact the Winner, and thereafter GGL will make 1(one) attempt to deliver the Prize to the concerned Winner.
