Sabyasachi #SaveTheSaree Contest:

1. The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the Contest conducted by NDTV Lifestyle Limited (“NDTV”) called #SaveTheSaree (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) as part of its show Band Baajaa Bride (“Show”).

2. Your participation in the Contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not participate in the Contest. NDTV reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time.
3. This contest will commence on 7th November, 2016 and shall end on 10th February, 2017.
4. The Contest is open to Indian Citizens residing within the geographical territory of India only.
5. Employees of NDTV & its subsidiaries/group companies as well as those companies & their subsidiaries sponsoring the Contest/Contest prizes and their families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Rules of Participation :
1. The Contest shall consist of the fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee (“Sabyasachi”) providing the participants with one (1) theme every week during the period of the Contest. Each participant in the Contest shall have to upload his/her selfie wearing his/her interpretation of that theme with Indian handloom and upload it to and tag NDTV Goodtime’s official Instagram page @ndtvgoodtimes .

2. The Contest will be hosted on @ndtvgoodtimes’ Instagram page and all the participants shall have to like both @ndtvgoodtimes and @sabyasachiofficial to take part in the Contest.

3. Only one (1) entry per person per theme shall be allowed. Any attempt by a person to submit more than one (1) entry per theme by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations, or logins, or through any other methods, shall void all of such person’s entries and such person shall be disqualified from the Contest.

4. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the rightful entrant will be deemed to be the registered owner of the Instagram account.

5. Every week, there shall be 1 different theme, and 1 winner shall be selected by Sabyasachi every week. The winners’ names will be announced on Instagram and shall also be aired as a ticker during the Show.

6. The winners shall be awarded with an iconic Sabyasachi benarsi saree (“Present”). The Present will be sent with a note personally signed by Sabyasachi. By accepting the Present, the winners agree to be responsible for all applicable taxes associated with acceptance of the Present. However, any incidence of gift tax arising out of the winners being awarded the Present shall be borne by Sabyasachi.

7. The Present to be awarded to the winners shall be decided at the sole discretion of Sabyasachi and NDTV assumes no responsibility or liability for the same.
