Core Mania Contest :

1. The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to your participation in a talent hunt called “Core Mania” (“Contest”) conducted by Concept Capital Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. (CCIPL)

2. Your participation in the Contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not participate in the Contest.

3. The Contest/Show timelines are as follows:
Call For Entries: 15th October 2016 onwards.
Close entries: 9th November 2016, 4:00 p.m.
Grand Finale: 11th to 13th November 2016

4. Contest Schedule : As per schedule released by Concept Capital Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd.
5. The Contest is open to Indian Citizens residing within the geographical territory of India only.
6. Employees of CCIPL & its subsidiaries/group companies and their families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
7. Age limit to participate in the contest is 6-12 Years.

Rules for participation in Event
There are two option of registering for the auditions.

Online Registration:
** Those contestants that live in different cities can fill in the sign up form available on the website, www.conceptcapital.in/coremania/talenthunt.html or call at 8882700300 to register.
** Applicants must fill in all the required details.
** The entries will be screened and only selected candidates will be given scheduled call backs for the grand finale to happen as per the schedule released.

Guidelines for participation in Auditions:
** The selected applicant is required to bring their own costumes and materials required for the activity.
** The applicant must carry valid id proof and two photocopies of the same. The id must correspond to the ID used for online sign up (if applicable).
** The applicant must carry 2 passport size photographs.
** The applicants are required to carry basic make up if required.

Selection and Elimination Process:
** Applicants must come to venue 1 hour prior to the event timings as announced on CCIPL website (www.conceptcapital.in/coremania/talenthunt.html)
** Applicants must be between 6 to 12 years of age as on 1st November 2016.
** All contestants would be expected to comply with guidelines for the auditions as listed in Clause 3 above.
** At the venue, the number of applicants will be judged over several rounds of elimination. Just Auditioning does not guarantee selection for the following round.
** CCIPL will not arrange for the participants’ Accommodation, Food & local transport to and from the venue.

General:
1. All the rights including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, copyrights and all other allied, ancillary and subsidiary rights in any and all media in and to the photographs, tapes, movies and recordings of everything the applicant say and do during the pre-auditions and auditions of the Contest, Post Contest Shoot, Promotional Activity and/or otherwise related to the Contest shall vest with CCIPL absolutely for perpetuity, throughout the world.

2. Although CCIPL attempts to ensure that all information contained on the web site is error-free, we accept no liability for omissions, and reserve the right to change or alter the content of the site at any time.

3. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of CCIPL. In case any event is rescheduled, CCIPL will make a reasonable attempt to give as much advance notice as possible, without being liable for this reason.

4. CCIPL shall not be responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of any stage of the Contest as planned.
5. It is the sole responsibility of the applicants to ensure that they are entitled to participate in this Show/Contest as per the applicable law.

6. We are fully committed to following laws related to the collection of data and to our carefully considered policy on data collection. You are required to give us the correct details about yourself and CCIPL will not be liable for any damages direct or indirect for any wrong addresses submitted.

7. CCIPL reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Contest/Show without giving any reason and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation or postponement.

8. The interpretation and implementation of the Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of CCIPL. The decisions of CCIPL shall be final and binding, and not subject to challenge or appeal.
