Set Wet Party Contest Terms and Conditions:

1. These Rules, Regulations and Guidelines are applicable to and govern the “Set Wet Party Contest” organized and conducted by Marico Ltd. ‘Organizer’.

2. By participating in the contest, Participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Rules. These Rules & Regulations may be modified without any prior notification. Participant is advised to regularly review these Rules. If there is any disagreement with any of the Rules and any amendments thereto, Participant must not participate in the Contest.

3. The Contest is valid from 1st November, 2016 12:00 pm to 20th December 2016 11:50 pm (‘Contest Period’).

4. Contest is open for all who are above the age of 18yrs (hereinafter “Participant”) except those who are directors, partners, proprietors, employees and family members of the Organizer, Participating Outlets, its auditors, associate companies and its advertising and Contest agencies.

5. Participants need to send in their SMS’s with text ‘SET WET’ to 9867519762 and follow the procedure mentioned in the link sent to them, in response, to complete registration for the contest failing which, they are not deemed as participants in the contest.

6. SMS charges as per Participant`s mobile tariff rate shall be applicable and born by Participant. Participant registered under DND list agree to receive message from Organizer or its authorized agent. The Participant may be contacted by the representatives of the Organizer for this contest, for which participant give an irrevocable consent.

7. Sending several message is not required since only first message will be considered for participation provided other procedure are followed by Participant.
8. Participants acknowledge that the Organizer will not be responsible for any information, personal or other-wise, shared by Participants entering into this contest on either mobile or any social media platforms like Facebook, etc..

9. Participant unconditionally agree that they are voluntary submitting photos and other data for this contest and they give unconditional consent to Organizer for using this data for business promotion and Participant waive any claim and protection under any law which is permissible to be waived by giving consent.

10. This Contest gives the contestants an opportunity to win passes to a Party at venue decided by Organizer· Organizer will use random computerized method select the winners of ‘Set Wet Party Edition Deos’ Contest.
11. Winner shall be bound to follow the rules and regulations applicable to party venue and they shall be liable for any breach of such rules.
12. Selected candidates may be asked to give valid Identity proof to ascertain name, address, age, copy of PAN card any other documents as required by the Organizer for verification if needed.
13. Decision of Organizer with regard to Contest and winners of the Contest will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
14. Organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the Contest at its sole and absolute discretion.
15. Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or any other liability arising out of the Contest or due to participation by Participant in the Contest.
16. Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
17. Participants agree that by entering into these contests or Contest they agree to these term and conditions.
18. All disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to laws of India and shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
